Are we beind had?
like the scanner and copier, everything works great. Printing function is good, my concern is why, when I print in all black in white, do the color ink cartridges all diminish in volume (and all are emptied at just about the same time)? Because I want to act responsibly, I return the "empty" ink cartridges, then they are no doubt refilled, rewrapped and resold. Thus I am participatory in HP's greedy scam.

Not as good
I compare this with the HP 8600 I had before. The 936e is just not as easy to use, even if it has more capabilities.

The only ink you can use, therefore it's the best!
What's there to say -- except that you can't use anything else, so this gets 5 stars as the only way to print black!
