Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great keyboard for me I normally don't care for chicklet keyboards, but the key layout and keycap size are very much to my particular liking on this keyboard. I have not-small hands, plus minor nerve damage from diabetes. If you ever used the keyboard made by Gigabyte a few years ago and liked it, this keyboard has a similar layout. The multimedia buttons are good. The mouse has no side buttons so I never even plugged it in. For what HP is charging for this keyboard, who cares? For me, it's a great value.

I will never buy a keyboard with media keys on the side again, as it messes up the "feel" to find keys when typing. Not recommended for fast typers. The mouse scroll wheel button (push down) is too hard. All that aside, this does have a nice feel and quality.

BUT...It is a shame that I bought a printer from HP about a month ago. It did not have the USP port for the printer to the computer. Therefore, I am unable to use it. I have sent 3 complaints to Walmart and they forwarded the email to HP. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE OR THE USP PORT REPLACEMENT!!!!!

There is also one on the lower right side that I have not figured out, yet. My old keyboards had a shortcut key on the left for the calculator, but this one does not. It is a feature that I definitely miss.

This is a full size key board and so easy for me to use the natural set up vs the newer ones that are curved and such just fits me much better. I am a senior and I have 2 children in elementary school so having a easy to use no searching for the keys and location is great just like a school tablet. I know that all are set up the same but some of those ergonomic and curved boards throw the kids off and I have a 7 year old who is Autistic and ADHD and this keyboard works so well for her.

I was surprised at how a simple investment like a new hp keyboard and mouse really bring the machine back to life. It brings back the pleasure of a new machine with its performance, looks and reliability. I plan on doing the same for my other hp desktops as well.

Keyboard and Mouse function as intended. The shortcut keys also work as well if needed. These are a great replacement for original HP desktop if you need new ones or like me. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good Keyboard and Mouse! This is a great Keyboard with volume control. NO more messing with the tiny volume knob on the speakers. Just set the speakers to mid volume once and the keyboard does the rest, the instant mute button is something you fall in love with the first time you NEED it! The mouse still feels good in the hand after a long project. My fingers are not sore from clicking, the action is smooth and easy. The price was really good, a mouse or keyboard alone costs as much as both did in one package!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home / End / Insert / Delete Keys in Wrong Place ! This HP keyboard had an unexpected & unwelcome surprise. The Insert / Home / Delete / End keys are in a two column / three row configuration rather than the three column / two row configuration of all my other keyboards. This is virtually impossible to relearn. The keyboard also comes with no instructions about the use / programming for the special keyboard shortcut keys, and one of my existing Windows keyboard shortcuts (Control-shift "k" for small caps) inexplicably would not work. Sorry, HP - the keyboard is well-priced and otherwise well-made, but it's useless for me. Will try to return.
