Poor quality product and extremely poor service
I bought this HP computer five months ago with the full warranty. Two weeks ago, the power went out in my community. When it came back on again an hour later, my computer would not start, and has not worked since. An all-in-one printer and a second monitor hooked up to the same power bar did not suffer any damage. I talked to HP but they said power surges are not covered under the warranty. It wasn't a power surge, it was a power outage. I talked to an electrician about it and was told a power outage should not have killed my computer, as it is no different from turning it off, then on again. I also talked to the local HP-certified service provider and was told that replacement parts are not available. So, five months after buying a $2,000 computer, I have nothing except a worthless 4-year warranty.

Love it!
I bought my new computer on a Friday evening and it arrived on Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t believe how quick it came. It was easy to set up and has been great to use. Extremely fast to load. I’ve been using Mac computers for 14 years so I’m having to relearn Windows. Only thing I don’t like is that Word doesn’t come with it, you have to pay for it extra.

Love my all in one
I bought this several wks ago simply because my 12 year old computer didn't have the features like a camera... that I needed for working virtually. Upgraded to this and am pleased. Camera is great...though I wish it had a few options like being able to adjust the very wide view a light next to the camera would be great too.. there's a lot of space there. I like that it pops up and down for more security. I'm new to the all in one & LOVE how little space is needed... I'm not attached to a tower. The screen is a great size for working from home.

All-In-One is the way to go!
I needed a new computer after 10 years with the last one. I love the All-In-One configuration! No longer need space for that big CPU.
Installation instructions could be better. No words, just pictures. But still, it was pretty easy.

Good computer for the price
This is the third one I have purchased and have had no problems with the prior units. Would like a drive or power light on the front panel similar to a monitor but other than that has worked well.
