Poor Connectivity and Frustrating Use
Bought this set for my office but the connectivity is less than stellar. Key strokes aren’t always registered so I end up typing passwords incorrectly. Cannot type seamlessly as sometimes it lags behind and ends up typing the same letter as if I held down the key. Very disappointed as I absolutely love the feel of the keyboard and mouse but I hate having to constantly backspace and correct. Have tried multiple trouble shooting options and different USB ports. I do not recommend this product at all.

It's Okay
I love the feel of the keyboard, but there is a lag. I don't understand because I have fiber internet service and don't type extremely fast. I constantly have to backspace to correct my input which gets very annoying. I love the fact that it is rechargeable. The charge is supposed to last up to 3 months so time will tell as I have had it about a week now.

unoperative mouse
the mouse does not move, my computer does see it and I have a cursor, but the cursor does not move or moves jerky when I move the mouse. I have tried to get support online, but I guess a mouse is not considered important enough to move past the FAQ.

They work fine and no problem hooking them up...although quite dismayed that 2 days after found exact same products at Walmart for considerably less money

Decent keyboard and mouse set
Like another reviewer stated, this is a decent replacement for the Elite v2, which I’ve had for years now. The keys on this keyboard do provide more tactile feedback and are slightly noisier than those on the Elite v2. The mouse is just ok. The alloy top plate gives it a classier look, but other than that, it feels lightweight. I have a desk with an opaque glass top, and the mouse works fine. The metallic look on both the keyboard and mouse is nice, but it doesn’t hold up well to fingerprints—I found myself wiping them frequently. Kind of like stainless steel appliances.

Great keyboard, if it had been about 20 buck less expensive it would have been a perfect price point for the product. I ;like the fact that it is not flimsy at all. its stiff and decently heavy as is the mouse. while this is a wireless set it does come with its own charger so no need for batteries, which i like very much. I charged the keyboard for 24 hours and the mouse for 24 hours and 2 weeks later they are going strong. very sturdy lifts as well. it just feels quality. would recommend for personal or office use.
