The IBM Content Engine Bulk Import Tool (BIT) is a high-volume, high-speed solution for inserting batches of document images into IBM FileNet Content Manager. It is an equivalent for IBM FileNet Content Manager of HPII (High-Performance Image Import) for IBM FileNet Image Services.

BIT is ideal for FileNet Content Manager customers using non-IBM Capture or Content Collection who would otherwise have to use those non-IBM Capture or Content Collection 'one image at a time' import tools.
