What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I found about MaaS360 is application management and security. It is easy to manage the remote workforce by managing their Mobile Phones, Desktops and easy to integrate with windows as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some interfaces are bit complex , If they can be made more user friendly it would be great. Pricing factor can be also looked upon or can have a industry and region based model like based on the size of industry and which part of the globe that particular industry is present.

Customizable reporting capability with AI querying.

They Didn't include native remote control.

IBM MaaS360 serves the purpose of my endpoint management of mobile & laptop devices.

There is nothing as of now that I dislike about IBM Maas360.
What do you like best about the product?
Great to see IBM developed an effective solution to manage policies for endpoint and mobile devices. I definitely liked the neat dashboard which is easy to understand and navigate. Cherry on the top is the detailed documentation for various activities and troubleshooting, thats something many vendors lack. Easy to push configuration on all devices and view the threat and compliance report. Glad to know management would be happy to see all those details Im happy that MaaS360 also protects against phishing attacks which is definitely a troublemaker for every businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always disliked the regional customer support team of IBM but im happy with international ones. I gues thats one common problem with MS and AWS as well too.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of the IBM Maas360 platform is the integration os AI features into it. This ease the process of tracking the users. The other exciting feature of it is the cross platform support like Android, IOS, Windows, IoT devices. The platform also supports security where our data is stored securily maintaining the complaince.

I am exploring the platform more frequently these days so for now I did not have any dislikes about it but I would like to have more depth information about pricing for the features. Also I wanted to know more about the premium customer support experience.

What I like best about IBM MaaS360 is its AI-driven insights powered by Watson and I liked that MaaS360 is user-friendly interface and cloud-based architecture that make it easy to deploy and manage Its integration capabilities with a wide range of apps and services, including Office 365, G Suite, and other enterprise tools, make it highly versatile for businesses

What I dislikes about IBM MaaS360 is its complexity in initial setup and configuration and pricing structure which is high as conpare to other.

It is very easy to set up which I personally feel is the best feature apart from it,It serves the purpose it promises. It gets easily integrated with my applications without any hurdles.

It helps in my customer service, and make data-driven decisions which makes it easy for me to take buisness decisions. It gets easliy intergrated with my system and my colleagues and gives full security.
