The PCIe Gen3 short x8 adapter provides four 10GBASE-T ports. The ports are RJ45, and they default to autonegotiate to the highest speed, which is either 10 Gb (10GBASE-T) or 1 Gb (1000BASE-T) full duplex. Each RJ45 port's configuration is independent of the other. The adapter supports Ethernet NIC traffic. Features #EN2W and #EN2X are electronically identical with the same CCIN of 2F04. #EN2W has a full high tail stock and #EN2X has a low profile tail stock.
