Great Product
This headset is fantastic, however, it does take a second to get familiar on the devices with it. I am still working out the kinks with it when it comes to the sound quality. Other than that, it fits well and stays charged very well!

Good Audio Quality
Good sound but the controls on the headset are hard to use. Also, it takes a fair amount of effort to correctly place it in the charger. The Plantronics one I use at work is more user friendly.

Good with potential to be great
Good so far. The device is clearly very new and probably needs firmware update or 2 to work out all the bugs. Most of the issues are around inconsistent connection between the headset and computer/smartphone. Otherwise, the voice quality is fantastic and music sounds phenomenal. One other thing to mention is that the advertised range of 100 ft is not close to what I've experienced. More like 30-35 feet tops.

needs strong charger.
Cannot be charged with a small iPhone charger cube. Needs a higher current charger/bigger cube plugged into wall. learned that the hard way. Haven't been able to connect with more than two devices, may be operator error, I'm old. But love it, nonetheless.
