As not a technie, nice to have the peace of mind that this won't hurt my laptop because it's compatible and directly from the manufacturer. It did charge fast (charged my midrange laptop in about 50min) but did use up nearly the entire energy bank in the Go. I don't know if this is typical.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy it This power bank doesn't charge beyond 75% and isn't enough to fully charge a Thinkpad T14. The instructions are also inadequate. It uses the same power adaptor as a Thinkpad but neither the instructions nor the website explain that. So if you need to charge your power bank while your computer is using the adaptor, you'll need to buy a 2nd one. Lenovo also doesn't support it. I called customer service to ask some questions and the representative couldn't help me. So I posted a message in the Lenovo community forum and the representatives there couldn't help either. Don't buy this product. You'll be sorry.

I’m a Dell guy, but Lenovo hit it out the ballpark with this product. The usbc cord that comes attached to the battery is tucked in and out of the way, unlike Dell’s product that hangs out freely. This product only serves one purpose which is to charge other devices so something as little as that makes a difference for me. Lenovo kept their product tidy and sleek which is something I like. It keeps my phone charged up and it’s nice known I can give my laptop a boost for added hours of use. Lenovo also offers 2k more capacity than Dell for a cheaper price. All around, Lenovo takes the trophy because they designed the product with the customer in mind. I didn’t even think the cord would be a deciding factor but Lenovo was on top of it with that one.

The integrated USB-C cable is genius, and long overdue for a large size battery pack. This has managed to replace 2 other battery packs, including a RavPower "20,000 mAh" that doesn't seem to actually be up to its rating... Now let's talk about the good and the bad: The Good: Battery capacity seems accurate based on nonscientific testing of a Galaxy S21 Ultra. Size is reasonable and helped HUGELY by integrated USB-C cable The output charging cable can also be used to charge it via USB-C - hallelujah! Extra USB-C output and USB-A output The Bad: This thing is NOT cheap Battery status indicator should really give more than a 4 dot status at this price level So, should you buy it? If you don't mind spending the change and really value compactness, I'd so go for it. Or - if like me - you happen to have a bunch of Lenovo rewards dollars sitting around...

It will also charge my Samsung phone and tablet. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth the price. You can charge up to three devices at one time.

The Power Bank likely offers additional advantages that are unclear to me as yet. Maybe I could run my 770 with this...that also still is a useful even crucial machine in my office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo Non-Support and Worse I asked for assistance in purchasing a power bank for my Lenovo FLEX 14 laptop and was advised to buy equipment that did not work with my laptop. I had asked several times for verification that the recommendations were accurate. That useless purchase wasted a lot of my time and money. And that's on top of the fact that I needed help in the first place because my laptop's battery would only work plugged in and replacements were not in stock, nor is there any word on when they might be. The built-in battery was probably damaged in the first place by the laptop overheating (which was serviced under my extended warranty), but all the response I got from Lenovo Support about the damaged battery was the equivalent of "tough luck." This laptop has had light use -- no gaming, no streaming. This has been a lousy experience to have with a laptop not yet two years old, and I've paid dearly for an extended warranty, and now for a useless power bank. Plus, I don't have a laptop that doesn't have to be plugged in at all times. I'm disgusted!

The 3 hours is about 70% screen brightness, wifi and Edge(20tabs+), Teams, office apps running all time.

It does everything advertised, and my laptop detects that it is "plugged in" when the power bank is connected. This is really all I was hoping for from the device; a convenient and portable solution to ensure I can remain powered while on the road. With that said, now that I have it in hand, there is some room for improvement on Lenovo's part. The instructions are barebones at best and the LED charging indicators just feel dated. If you use a low power wall-charger to charge this batter, be warned - you'll think something is wrong because this thing can take forever to charge to 100%. For example, using a 35w warp charger, this PB reported 75% charge for several hours, leading me to think that something was wrong. By comparison, using the 65w charger that came with my laptop charged it up to 100% in a few hours. It would have been nice to see an LCD or OLED screen with a battery percentage, especially for around $100 (which is what it cost when I purchased. This power bank does the trick, but I am left feeling underwhelmed and like I paid more than I should have. Solid 60% with a positive leaning from me.

The battery bank itself only seems to charge to 75% most of the time and just stops. It takes almost an entire day to charge to 75% off of my laptop charger. And it barely lasts 30 minutes on my laptop. I don't know if I received a defective battery or what but I basically only can use it for emergency power.

When I first got it I tried charging it with my phone charger and then realized that it, like the laptop itself, needs to be charged with a minimum 65W charger - the laptop charger will do it. It is heavy but sleek and portable, with a simple design that incorporates the cable in a groove around its edge. On the Lenovo site I asked if it would work with the Yoga 9i and a Lenovo employee answered that it would not. I used my common sense re its specs and ordered it anyway and it works just fine.

The amount of charge it holds is not very impressive, roughly enough to charge half a laptop battery. I was hoping for at minimum a full laptop charge. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it, but I would not suggest buying this product if you need a power bank for a laptop. It may be fine for charging smaller items, like your cell but many cheaper products do that. Overall I was pretty underwhelmed, which was too bad since I like Lenovo products and have thought highly of them in the past.

I tried reading the manual on how to turn off the power bank, but no manual was found just a quick start guide that doesn't say anything about this issue. The battery indicator keeps blinking every few minutes. So even if you charge it fully without plugging anything into it, the battery will drain about 25% each day. I didn't realize this when I bought it. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I like the flexibility of having a built-in USB-C cable, a USB-C port and a USB-A port. The built in cable is longer than it looks because it unwraps from almost all the way around the battery. It snaps back into place very easily too. It works on my Lenovo Legion Pro 15" through the auxiliary USB-C power input. This laptop requires a minimum 65W power supply which this has (and most power banks don't). Of course if you push the computer hard, the 65W will eventually not be good enough and charging will stop (or slow?). This isn't surprising given the laptop comes with a massive 300W power brick. So don't plan on playing games with this power bank but basic computer use should be fine. Anything that doesn't have the computer's fans going hard.

The support told me they could not find the serial number printed on the unit and the packaging, so they are unable to identify the device and could not help. So the 1-year warranty does not exist. It is too late to return it either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 65W output is fantastic. Excellent power bank. Recharge is fast. I was first concerned about the 20,000 mAh. It is very good, but there were other options with a little higher mAh. However, the 65W output is fantastic, and this is what is making this unit unique. It make all the difference in the world, as other power banks are usually 50W or lower. I bought one for my Thinkpad. I will buy one or two more for extended business trips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Power Bank It's hard to understand whether it is fully charged or not..... according to the manual it never gets fully charged because I never saw all the charging lights glowing once even though I was charging it for 6 or 7 hours with a 65, watt charger. Charging rate also slow. I rate it as a C grade power bank
