For the price it's fine.
The keyboard is fine for typing, a bit noisy, especially the space bar, which has a different noise than the rest of the keys. The build is fine, stable. Just wish it had a better feel. The keys feel mushy. But since the only keyboards you can buy right now are for gamers, having a keyboard for people who work and not play for a living is refreshing. For the price, it's okay.

A wired keyboard that performs well, and replaces a wireless one that worked sporadically.

Best feeling keyboard made
This keyboard has the same great feel as the previous Preferred Pro keyboard, which is a firm smooth feel when pressing the keys. The only difference is that it does not have the deck area above the function keys. Excellent keyboard and at a great price.

Preferred Pro ll - Treat Yourself
Quite simply Lenovo continues the ThinkPad tradition of providing the very best keyboard you can buy, and not for much more than some truly awful keyboards by other major manufacturers. Don't believe me? I was recently surprised to learn that Joe Rogan loves the feel of a Lenovo keyboard. Claims it makes you a better typist. Less errors.
The Preferred Pro ll has that silky smooth feel with a positive stop that signals a good strike. Once you try it you won't use anything else.

A Solid Purchase
A well made solid product that is well laid out. The keyboard is inclined nicely. I personally find the wrist rest to be a bit awkward and would probably prefer it not be there. Also, as noted in other reviews, the keyboard is quiet, with the exception of the space bar, which is noisy. The keys themselves, however, have a very nice feel to them, are nicely sized and spaced, and are not wobbly. The build quality is very good compared to others that I have seen and owned. This includes the USB cord which is somewhat thicker than others I've seen. Would definitely buy again.

Wired keyboard noisy spacebar?
Everything about the keyboard is fine, but...I've never before encountered a keyboard where the space bar (when you release it) makes a noticeably louder noise than any other key. It is somewhat disconcerting, but I am living with it.

The keyboard works well. It has allowed me to elevate my laptop up and away from damage and at an eye level of comfort. Has all the necessary functions including a numerical keypad which speeds me along. Can't believe I went so long without it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

New Keyboard works Great
Got a new keyboard - just basic when my old one started getting finicky. I rely a lot on the number keypad. Forgot how nice it is to have fresh new keyboard. This one has a slightly smaller footprint than the old one as well which comes in handy for my smaller desk. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I LOVE this keyboard!
Up until the purchase of this keyboard I was using the built in keyboard on my laptop. I recently began a new job that provided this keyboard and as soon as I used it I knew I had to have it for my home use! (I am a full time student who is in a degree that requires a large amount of writing.)
The keys have a good amount of travel and a very satisfying touch response, with just the right amount of noise, not too loud at all for a mechanical keyboard. I can use this for hours and hours and not feel uncomfortable! HIGHLY recommend.

Love this brand
Lenovo keyboards last me years where it seems I tend to break others, and this one that I bought has been great so far. Solid, with good pressure on the keys and easy to take apart for spot cleaning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Keyboard Review
Great keyboard that is easy to use. This plugs into the docking station or laptop and seamlessly allows you to type. The noise of the keys is sometimes loud, but that is as expected.

Got what I expected
For starters, it's just a keyboard. That said, it was plug and play and good to go. Keys are responsive and not terribly loud. Layout is intuitive and there are no unexpected key placement changes. Basically, it works and feels solid/quality.
