The compact size of the power supply is great it fits nicer in the small carrying case.
I really like the compact size of the power supply it fits in the pockets of the small carrying case. i also like that they are using the USB C type connector less likely to be damaged.

Lengthy delivery time, short cord
Bought an extra power cord so I could leave one at my desk and carry one on the road. The cord took an extraordinarily long time to arrive, so beware if you need one right away. And it was awfully short. I’m sure it gave the specs on the website, so I should have paid better attention, but unless I’m sitting right next to a power outlet, it requires an extension cord. Just another two feet in length would have made a huge difference. I guess I thought it would be the same as the original. Other than that, it works just fine.

Small and light and does the trick

Does not work with other USB-C devices
Works fine for my laptop, though the cord is a bit short.
Must use some proprietary Lenovo interconnect, as it will not charge other USB-C devices. This removes the biggest benefit of USB-C--interoperability.
Also, super expensive for a 45W charger.

Came with my X1 Tablet - however there's no light or other way to determine if it's plugged in all the way. Hit or miss item - depends on if you like status lights. I do!
Functionality-wise, it works ok.

Always have an EXTRA!
