TV is just OK
Picture quality is decent. The remote control is very cluttered. The processor and operating system is quite slow and delayed. I did have a problem with my screen and they indicated it was damaged, but it was tough to get support with it.

Great LG 65UT7570PUB 4 k tv
I really enjoy the new 4k 65UT7570PUB tv it replaced a 1080 hd plasma tv that died night and day from that colors are vivid! My only complaint is that both Best buy and LG claimed in advertising that magic remote was in box it was not! Best buy did make it right with gift certificate which I will use for magic remote!!

Good picture but if you start having issues forget about warranty they refused to help me. I have had this tv less than a year and I half to use a roku bar in order to do any streaming apps the tv apps just don't work on mine waste of money

Poorly Made Product
Just 3 months after I purchased this TV, the screen stopped working. According to the repairman they sent weeks after, the TV is so cheaply manufactured that the broken part in question cannot be removed or replaced, so I need LG to send me an entire new TV. This back and forth process has left me without a working set for nearly a month now.

Too confusing
Trouble trying to figure out the remote.. when I turn on at night it shows me shows me what I was watching when I turned off. Can't figure out how to stop it.
