The X52 Professional H.O.T.A.S. from Logitech® is a plug-and-play flight simulator. It works with Microsoft® Flight Simulator®, Prepar3D® 2.2+, Star Citizen®, Elite: Dangerous®, Battlefield 1®, World of Warplanes®, Falcon 4.0: Allied Force, War Thunder® and many more games. The Logitech X52 Professional H.O.T.A.S. is compatible with Windows® 11, 10, 8.1 and 7. Both the progressive throttle and the stick connect to your computer via USB, and they support full-speed USB 2.0.

Both components come with a 1.4-meter USB connection cable. The Logitech X52 flight stick and throttle feature buttons with an adjustable backlight and LCD display. With dual-spring centering technology, the joystick returns automatically to the neutral position and applies more resistance as it goes farther away from the center. You can download programming software to customize 19 programmable buttons, seven axes, three HATs and a mouse micro stick. The throttle is adjustable, and the rudder center lock option makes for flexible plane control.

Best part of all was Dell was able to get this to me at retail-no mark up, unlike most other outlets. Flight peripherals became scarce with COVID and the release of the new MSFT Flight Simulator and Dell came through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kane from Enjoyed this stick. It failed in two weeks. I enjoyed this product while it was working. The joystick started to short out about two weeks after I got it. Two of my friends also got the X-52 around the same time. One of them failed right out of the box. Three examples may not be a big sample size, but I cannot recommend a product with a sixty-six percent failure rate. Dell was great on the return process.
