McAfee E-Business Client simplifies protecting data in transit and storage with PGP encryption by providing a pre-configurable drag-and-drop user interface for end users. Businesses can quickly configure the McAfee E-Business Client to encrypt and send files to their E-Business Server via SMTP or FTP. The end user gets a simple-to-install, pre-configured user interface into which they drag files to encrypt and send them, or to decrypt files that they receive from E-Business Server. E-Business Client makes it possible for partners to supply end users with the ability to protect data to meet government (eg. HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley), industry (eg. NAESB, formerly GISB) or best practices standards (eg.Visa's Cardholder Information Security Program).
