What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly everything works together. Whether I'm drafting documents in Word, analyzing data in Excel, or collaborating in real time with colleagues in Teams or OneDrive, the integration across apps makes my workflow smooth and efficient. The cloud-based access means I can pick up where I left off on any device, and the auto-save and version history features give me peace of mind. It's a powerful, all-in-one productivity suite that keeps everything organized and connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Microsoft 365 is that it can feel overly complex at times, especially with constant updates and changes to the interface. Some features are buried in menus or only available in certain versions, which can be frustrating. The subscription model also means you’re always paying, and if there's an issue with your license or login, it can temporarily block access to essential tools. While it's powerful, it sometimes tries to do too much all at once.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Microsoft 365 is its seamless integration of productivity tools. It allows me to work efficiently across Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, all within a single platform. The cloud-based access is especially convenient, enabling collaboration and file sharing from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that sometimes it can be slow to load, especially when working with large files or when internet connectivity isn’t stable. Additionally, the occasional sync issues between OneDrive and local files can disrupt my workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
Office 365 allows for seamless collaboration whether it's co-editing in Word or bouncing ideas around in Teams. Also, there are no more "Oops, I left that file on my other device" moments as everything is accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the feature overload as sometimes, the sheer number of tools and updates can feel a bit much. Recurring cost might not be ideal for casual users.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the products come in one package. And you can download them on up to 5 devices. That is a money saver. When we transitioned to 365 it was done over a weekend and thankfully didn't take as long as I had expected. We have 33 employees and 18 laptops that had to be moved over. I use it on a daily basis and have had to authenticate myself several times. I like that. Lets me know they are keeping my account safe. We have been o 365 for 8 months now and I have no idea what took me so long to make the switch. We have an IT vendor that does the behind the scenes work but I am the in-house IT. Surprisingly enough, it didn't take the others long to figure out the differences and make it work for them. I have not needed Microsoft customer support yet. That is also a great attribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant question of using the new outlook or the focused inbox. I am also not impressed with the quarantine feature. There are several that get quarantined that should not have been. I know it's just a setting but I don't like messing with settings. Just to keep it clean across the board.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Microsoft 365 is the seamless integration between apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. The ability to work in the cloud with OneDrive makes real-time collaboration easy, which is essential for remote or hybrid teams. The interface is familiar and intuitive, reducing the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation for small businesses. Additionally, there are occasional sync issues between devices or delays when uploading large files to OneDrive. Customer support response times could also be improved in certain regions.
What do you like best about the product?
-It has stayed consistent over the years as the software has evolved in terms of stability and functionality. -Pretty much the industry standard for office suites and now enterprise resource planning tools. -It integrates seamlessly with other applications (especially other Microsoft applications)
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say negatively about 365. I guess the only thing that has bothered me and my colleagues lately is the frequent updates and changes. I know these changes/features are meant to stay competitive, but it sometimes feels like it's a bit too much in terms of features being added. I know it is mostly up to my company to customize our systems to try to show only what we need and filter out what we don't.
