We've been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid choice for managing our sales processes. It offers a good range of features that help our team stay organized and focused, and we’ve seen improvements in how we track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for those not used to CRM systems. Some parts of the setup and customization felt a bit technical, and we needed some outside help to get everything the way we wanted. Also, the licensing costs can add up if you're adding advanced features.
What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 It integrates with other Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook. Automates routine tasks like lead tracking and reporting and more over save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
wide range of features and tools might overwhelm new users and require extensive training to fully utilize and cost is high compare to zoho crm.

Great way to track opps. Decent UI/UX. Intigrates into copilot.

The UI/UX is hard to learn and navigate. It's like they try to make you think it has a simple UI. At first glance it's simple design seams like it will be easy to navigate but really they just hide buttons within other buttons making it even harder to navigate. At least saleforce doesn't hide buttons. It may be huge and overwhelming but you know where every field is and can search for them.

All leads are available in one place. amazing filter options

No reminder option for pending tasks. Duplicate leads are common

very confusing to understand but once you do very easy
