I like the feel of the case; gives a good grip without much added size or weight, and seems to protect well; I’ve already had a couple of drops with no visible damage. No scratches so far with screen protector either, and display is very clear.

Charging pad magnet connects to my iPhone 14 through a clear case without using the included snap ring. Very pleased with my purchase. Zagg has great customer service and warranty coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT! JUST LAY IT DOWN Magnet lines up with phone charging position perfectly, when you properly attach the included adhesive backed mating ring to phone! I already had a compatible clear ZAGG protective case, so didn’t need the included ring! GREAT EASY CHARGING DEVICE.

I was also billed for a product I returned and haven’t received my refund yet. Customer service was polite but this process still hasn’t been completed. All and all the process has been brutal.

I've noticed both with the ring on the outside of a phone case and when attached directly to the phone that the charger gets very hot and after awhile the phone stops charging. Nice design, but overall it gets too hot compared to other chargers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnetic strength I bought this because 1) it was small and thin, and 2) because it is black. I would have preferred the Apple brand, but it is only in white. My primary purpose for this is to stick it to my dashboard with 2 faced tape, and use it as a phone holder/charger combo. It replaced a 'no name' vent mounted unit that had an extremely strong magnet, but prohibited me from adjusting the vent upward due to the weight (iPhone 12 Pro plus with a MagSafe OtterBox Defender case. This charger works well as a charger, but, as the magnets are weak, any touch to my screen (I travel with Waze on) knocks the phone to the floor.

Was supposed to be compatible with my iPhone, but after ordering and receiving three of these I learned that a special USB-C adapter is required to actually USE them! I chatted with the online support then called. Turns out they would SELL me these adapters for $89.99! Oh, they did offer a discount and a coupon that reduced my EXTRA EXPENSES to $50 to make these COMPATIBLE wireless chargers work! Unacceptable! I returned them. I also learned that these adapters they were selling for $89.99 are available on AMAZON at 3 for $14.99. Duh! Not doing business with ZAGG again.
