Did Not Work Well
The watch charging portion was fine. However, the phone never stood well & did not charge. I assumed my phone was not a fit for this stand & returned it.

I had three other mophioe chargers that did NOT work with my new iphone 12 pro max but worked perfectly fine with all previously owned iphones. I was hesitant at first due to the lack of details mophie lists on their site for this charger, but I can guarantee one thing…it works! I dont think i'm getting the 15 watts of charge they are claiming the charging stand portion can produce, but my airpods and my apple watch both charge easily and accuartely while using this charger. My ONLY complaint other than the questionable charging speed it the lack of cable management for when you choose to use their apple watch attachement. Brands like Anker build space into their stands to hide the watch cable, but mophie i guess just execpts you to leave it bundled behind the charger. This doesnt in any way affect the charger or charging speeds, but it does affect the cleaniness or clutter you will have and others will notice behind the stand.

Incomplete description with misleading photos
You have to work hard to notice that this device requires you to use your own watch magnetic charging cable. The additional cable for simple charging creates the exact problem I was trying to solve. All but one photo obscure this by showing a watch on the station. There is nothing in the product description to indicate that the device requires you to add your own charging cable.
I returned the station immediately—at my own effort and expense.

Works great with Otterbox case
Charges great and fast. With case on back and a thin band that goes across the back so you can hold your phone. Charging pad is the same. It does not charge any AirPods other than the pro’s but it does great without having to take the case off too. The case that I have on my AirPods is a rubber one. I have tried a hard case and it charged that too.

Missing parts
I was missing the charger for my watch charger. so I tried to get that part and whoever wanted to charge me 10 dollars to have it shipped which I said no why should I pay anything for a part I never received so I'm sending it back for a refund.

Only Charges 2 Devices of the 3
I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this since it arrived in the mail. Wireless phone charger works and Apple Watch stand hold perfectly but the AirPods section does work at all. The LED lights under, flash when I placed my Airpods there. (Yes, I have the 2nd generation Airpods that have the wireless charging function.) It’s kind of disappointing that I have purchased this with the idea that I can charge ALL 3 devices at once and only have the function of 1 since the Apple Watch charger was already in my ownership. I’m giving it 3 stars versus 1 because it still charges SOMETHING.

It’s okay
I really like the setup of the charger, however, it wasn’t charging my AirPods and the phone charger would overheat my phone leaving my phone not completely charger the next morning. I’m not sure if the overheating issue is due to my socket that’s near my bed but it would heat my phone and stop charging. I did reach out about the airpod issues but the response wasn’t helpful. I will be returning the product

No instructions: I know it's simple to assemble and use but what does the flashing light mean?
Since Beats is Apple designed, I wish this would charge the Beats Pro AirPods.
Charging is very fast and works through my Encase plastic protector.

Online purchase was not up to par.
I purchased several items online with 2 day shipping. I do love the wireless charging stand and phone case. I did not receive the product until almost 2 weeks later. I am not sure if the issue was with Zagg and the shipping instructions or with FedEx. Either way it was disappointing. Zagg did refund the cost for the two day shipping, so I do appreciate that.

The concept was great and it worked well. The only issue with it for me was that my Samsung watch charger didn't fit in the charging stand. So unfortunately I had to return. Other than that it's definitely worth the money.

Bought two; one worked the other did not
The cell phone charger on one of these charges and the bright white light shuts off. The other stayed on regardless of which phone I charged. We swapped the phones and produced the same result. I contacted Zagg and they said that was normal and not a danger to my phone battery. How could two identical chargers act differently and this be normal. I insisted and they sent a warranty replacement but still has not arrived. I would not buy again and may return both.

I had the round charging pad and it worked great as long as you placed your phone on it the right way. I purchased the charging stand and no more fiddeling to get the charge going. Another great product from Zagg/Mophie. I highly recommend this charging stand. s you had the phone in the right place. If you've had this problem then the charging stand is for you.

Not for samsung phones
This charger has a small sweet spot, in order to charge my phone I had to constantly move it until it met with the sweet spot. This is geared for Apple products and not samsung, so why did it market it for Samsung as I was purchasing a screen protector for samsung??? Because it about the money, so now I have to pay for return shipping for an item marketed for something it doesn't work with. Sucks. If you have a Samsung, don't buy.. you will have to move your phone around until you find the tiny charging spot. Way overpriced.

Good idea, not great execution
My wife and I both have the same model iPhone. Hers charges on the wireless stand, mine does not.
The Apple Watch charger only allows for standard usb (meaning the old format) plug but all cables today are usb c. Product should be updated to usb c or a complimentary plug converter should be supplied. Because of this I now have to plug my Apple Watch cable into a separate charging block which defeats the purpose of this stand.

AWFUL! This product is advertised as providing charging options for iphone, watch and airbuds. The connection for the watch is NOT included and that is not indicated anywhere on the order. I have jumped through hoops to get help from customer service and between the scam of "overnight" shipping and this I'm unfortunately very done with ZAGG.

I was not in the market for a charging station when I happened to see this one while shopping for another Zagg screen protector. I have been so pleasantly surprised. It’s so much nicer looking without so many cords. It charges the 3 devices I use daily. And all on one perfectly designed charging pad/station. It’s quickly becoming something I can’t believe I’ve not already bought. The convenience is great and my nightstand has much more empty space. If your like me and never really knew about them, give yourself a wonderful and useful gift. You won’t be disappointed.

Great clean look to charge your Apple gear.
My only issue is the phone does not charge as fast as I’d like. It’s fine if you’re charging overnight, but it’s still a good idea to have a faster charger plugged in elsewhere for those times you need a quick power bump in the middle of the day.
