The quality of the bag is super. It has enough padding for protecting your laptop. There are three 4.5" small pockets inside, one 9" medium pocket. The only drawback is the the strap missing movable padded handle like most of other messenger bags.

The bag is good quality and has a nice look without breaking the bank. I carry my mac and ipad and all sorts of chargers as well. Plus, it is waterproof which my backpack isn't so it's nice for my electronics.

Side internal pockets for mouse, and thumb drive. or printer cord. Deep enough to hold two part charger. External pocket for thumb drive + backstrap to fit over extended luggage handle. No need to devote a hand to carry the bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slim but still room for the essentials This is a great bag, I use a 14" neoprene sleeve and it slips right into the laptop compartment, which has a velcro strap that keeps it snug in its place. It is slim but still has plenty of room on the inside for accessories such as CD drive, adapter(s) and of course the power cord. There is still plenty of room for your phone, and a few other items such as documentation, small book or two, and a wallet or small tech bag. There is even a convenient easy access space at the top that fits a passport if you are traveling with this as your personal item. However, the rest of the bag just misses the mark for being what I need. The space for having the charging brick and cord isn't good, nor is the space for having a journal or notebook in the bag. If it were an inch wider (in the width of the bag, not the length) it would be much better. A specific pocket for the charging brick and cord would be an additional improvement. There are pockets for pens and a few miscellaneous items, which is nice, but again a bit tight. There is one external zip pocket that is too small for anything. Maybe it could hold a thumb drive, but nothing more. I'm not sure what its for, actually, as it is too small for a cell phone. I must emphasis again that for just a laptop, the bag is well constructed and does appear to have adequate padding. But for a work bag to hold other items besides the laptop, it is a disappointment. You can hold it by the handle or across your shoulder using the adjustable strap. The size is just right and feels natural to carry. Not too big or small. You must love the color ORANGE- because that is the color of the lining. I find it useful to have a bright color inside because it is easier to see my things versus a dark black inside. Although the outside for my case is a dark blue, the inside is lined with a wonderfully bright orange that practically lights up the inside so that you can see everything inside that you have. The whole bag is so well thought out that at one point I thought to myself "Geez! Someone really knew what they were doing and got it right". You can't go wrong with this laptop bag!

The only negative thing I would say about it is the shoulder strap is just a strap where most bags have a no-slip pad that would be on your shoulder, this has nothing other than the strap. Other than that, this is a perfect bag for my needs and I would recommend.
