Good 2.5Gb work group switch with room for improvement
Great PoE for 2.5 Gb NICS. Easy to setup, new firmware comes with new web based administration. All very up to date and well made. Switch has most all latest features with a layer 2 switch. VLAN, LAG, Port Mirroring, etc. One thing I noticed when using PoE++ or the 60w ports, if you are connecting a Rasberry Pi over PoE with the PoE+ hat for the Pi, it's unusually loud. Screetching loud. I think it has something to do with the PoE power adapter and fan bearings. Better to connect that device over one of the 30W ports. Another problem is the price. For the amount it costs, there needs to be at least one 10Gb port for a trunk. All in all a good switch. Will be useful as more 2.5Gbps NICs come out.

Great 2.5 Gb Upgrade Switch
I bought this switch for use in a residence rather than a business. It provides 2.5 Gbps backhaul for a Netgear router and satellite system and also to provide POE power for future camera installations. I like several features; automatic speed sensing, two different POE power levels, and an easy-to-understand interface. I have only been using it for a month, but so far it is solid.

Powerful switch but may not be fit for this ultra small form factor
Great switch with powerful features but may not be fit for this form factor. External power supply is as large as the switch removing any advantage from the very small switch form factor.
