Battery worked the first time installed! Don’t waste your time buying a knock-off that looks the same from Amazon. They don’t work! Net gear was awesome and quick delivery ??

Nighthawk replacement lithium battery
I needed a new lithium battery for my Nighthawk hotspot, it was so easy & fast to buy it online on Netgear website. It arrived in 2 days!! So much faster than going to a AT&T store or other highly recommend!

Poor product, poor service
Our replacement battery arrived dead as a doornail and unable to accept any charge. After a 45 minute phone call, being shunted from department to department, an agent finally ordered a replacement, which still hasn’t arrived 5 days later. It hasn’t been a heartwarming experience…..
