NETGEAR N300 Wireless Gigabit Router (WNR3500L-100NAS) is rated3.67 out of5 by6.
Rated 5 out of 5 byJohn1333 from Very easy setup.I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Set up with Windows 7 was more intuitive than Vista. (I have one of each) However, I suspect this is more attributable to the operating systems than the product. Once they were running, it worked equally well on both.

Rated 5 out of 5 bygesweinequine from Install and forget it!Our company already had this model and since there have been no problems with I decided to get another one just like it. I was worried that it would be too difficult to set up but it was not. I am not use to not getting a CD for an install so I had concerns about doing it from the web address. It has a lot of features that we are not using but it works. . . . . .

Rated 5 out of 5 byPAO5 from Really good to start with...To be my first experience with a router it hasn't been bad at all. Not only the price but the easy, quick and very efficient set up made this a really good experience for me. I was able to connect several devices super fast and the signal is really good too. Because while reading the reviews I found out router might not be working same good in about a year I think it was very wise to buy a $3.00 additional warranty to get a replacement whenever it stops working.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTeckiy from Worked Great for a YearIt seems that companies are only make their products to last only a year anymore. This router worked great for 11 months. Now, the wireless is very sporadic. I have 6 wireless devices and they ALL experience wireless dropout every few minutes to every 15-30 minutes. I have to reboot this router at least 5 times a day and that is just when I get tired of rebooting. Netgear customer service is lacking in desire to help resolve problems with their own products. As soon as the csr found out I had a Linksys media streamer he blamed ALL of the problems on it and would not continue helping me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 bycookie123 from Its okSeems to work ok but i just got it. I can tell the range is better than my old 2wire router. i have a solid connection to most devices but i am having a problem connecting a vista laptop. Overall its ok, the price could be lower.

Rated 5 out of 5 bybenhur from Poor ProductRouter is probably ok if you're only using it for web surfing. If you have a family and one of them wants to play Xbox, don't get this router. Have tried everything to improve connection. Maybe if it had an external antenna. Xbox + someone surfing will equal the Xbox user getting knocked offline. Channel changing has no effect. Might keep it as a door stop or repeater.
