Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extended Runtime UPS for Network Gateway Devices! What a great Idea! This is a *very* specific UPS designed to supply “Extended Runtime UPS for Network Gateway Devices” (make sure you check to see if your cable modem or router is compatible before purchase). A 19,500 mAh Lithium-Ion battery supplies 12VDC directly to the attached device for highest efficiency (with resulting 4 to 24 hour runtimes). Make sure you check out the “8 layers of Battery Management System” supervision (BMS). A very cool little device!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing Suits my need perfectly. I updated from a surge protection only device. I running an I Mac 27 with El Capitan 10.11.5, Nighthawk AC1900 router/modem, WD EX2100 NAS, HP OfficeJet 8630 Pro and a LiftMaster internet connection kit. This leaves one free slot which I use for video conversions. As stated by others the suggested software doesn't work with my Mac. Following the advice of others I attached the data cable to the Mac, went to system preferences -Energy Savings and the UPS panel shows up. I set mine to display at the top of my screen so I'm aware of battery percentage at all time. We've had two extended blackouts. The unit performed as expected no issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from APC Product works. A.T.&T. changed the connection on their new Fiber Optic box from a barrow connector to a two (2) pin connector. The APC product charged properly and was hooked up to protect the A.T.&T. box but needed different connectors which had to be inserted into the 12 VDC side of the A.T.&T. input line. The APC product and the A.T.&T. Fiber box are working just fine now (fully charged with four (4) green lights), except that there is a connector modification (one connector for 12-volt positive and one connector for 12-volt negative that was required to make this work as intended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a MUST have for any home! This gem should be in every home! It is small and sits next to your router so virtually unseen. We tested it and it was only 50% depleted after running 14 hours! This will give you WiFi when your power goes out, so if your laptops and mobile devices are charged, you will have hours and hours of interned access. Can't believe I didn't know about this sooner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay, so far It took about 24 hours to charge for the first time with the gateway running at the same time, and the gateway power block didn’t get much warmer than normal. I haven’t tested it under power outage conditions yet, so I can’t say how long it will hold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product - Works as Expected The Connect CP12142LI UPS has performed as expected. I purchased the UPS as a backup for my AT&T U-verse Internet Wi-Fi gateway. Two weeks ago there was a power outage in my area. I was working on my laptop. I work from home because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. When the power went off the UPS kept my Wi-Fi gateway working. I was able to complete the project I was working on. I was actually helping a student online. I work for a community college. I then was able to properly shut down my laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Order status "Transferred To Fulfillment Partner" Nearly 3 wks since $140 UPS web order placed w/ no status change & no return call from customer service for 6 hours since leaving my number at 12p. Automated customer service estimated queue wait time was "one minute" despite waiting for over 5 minutes. Order processing is not timely and customer service is not responsive and falls short of expectations.
