Ring does not stay on
I have had the air tag key chain case since Christmas and have already had my air tag fall out three times. The ring pops off very easily. This last time, I lost the retaining ring.

No great if you don’t want to lose your air tag.
Falls apart easily. Did not hold together and I have several of these.

Worst product ever
I bought Air Tag Rugged Vase about a month ago screwed my air in noticed a week later that it had come unscrewed tightened it up imagine my horror two weeks later when I discovered my AirTag and back of OtterBox case was gone so I’m out of an AirTag and case. What a waste of money.

Yours won't stay closed? Mine won't open!
Contrary to the experiences of most other users, mine does its job too well. Battery needs to be changed and I can't open the stupid thing. Leaving on a trip tomorrow with a low battery is not my idea of a good time.

Confusing Battery Change
I couldn't get the case apart, but while I was trying, I managed to unscrew the lid AirTag and was able to replace the battery while the body of the case was still in the case. I used a rubbery shelf liner scrap to be able to apply enough torque to open the case. A rubber jar opener should do the trick as well. Otherwise, no problems with the case.
