I had ran over my previous phone with a forklift and the only thing that was damaged was the screen protecter. I had just recently changed that Otterbox when I purchased my new phone. Yes the otterbox continued to protect even after that. Great job Otterbox. My phone(s) never leave the store without it.

The cover protects the charge ports perfectly, the fit is perfect and the clip secure. The only reason I don't use it every day is it is grippy enough it doesn't slide in and out of my pocket well but the grip is exactly why it's perfect for when I'm off the beaten path. For my last 8 or 9 phones I always keep a Defender case for those situations and I've never had so much as a cracked screen. Great case. Great color.

It is very thin and i already know that while the case itself will do a great job protecting the phone the outter rubber is going to give up the ghost in a short period of time. It makes me very sad as i have jad otterboxes since i can remember but it may be time to try something else after this goes. I swear something changed...like when a favorite restaurant changes suppliers of the food they purchase and the taste/quality is different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from junk case i have always used otterbox because they were the best. not anymore. i bought a brand new s 24 ultra phonethat was about 1400 bucks and i ordered a defender case because i thought they the best. i put on the phone holder and went out to cut the grass and was walking along and just before i cut the phone into a million pieces i seen it on the ground. to late, couldnt stop in time. i wrote otterbox and they said they would give me a new case, a new case. i dont want a new case and i will never want a case from them again. they do not back what they sell.. you go ahead and keep your case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Their Price Just purchased the Defender Pro to protect my s24 Ultra. Otterbox is my Go To case because they are a high quality case and it works. I have a Defender on my Note 10+ and last year I needed to climb a ladder to access and reset a security camera under my roof eve on a large two story house. We'll I needed 3 hands to reset the security camera and hold my phone. I set the phone on a rung on the ladder and seconds later, my phone came crashing down. I was up almost a good 20 feet. I figured that the phone was toast, but upon retrieving it, the phone still worked. The note 10 is a heavy phone and it hit hard and the Otterbox saved it. There is no other case that could do this. Otterbox provides superior drop protection. Also the case has the perfect balance of grip - grip in my hand and grip on a flat surface. It is not too rubbery to easily slide into my pocket, but the case doesn't slide across a hard surface which I hate. I will set my phone on a flat surface in my BMW and it will stay in place as I make turns. This is the only case that I will buy. It has proven itself. They are pricey, but they are worth it.

I figured that way the Otterbox would be here before the phone even got ordered, WRONG! The day came, I pre-ordered the S24 Ultra, the day came the S24 got delivered a few WEEKS later and no Otterbox. I had to go to the local BestBuy and purchase a case. The Otterbox finally arrived a couple of weeks after the cell phone arrived. Now I have a $64 cellular case sitting on the shelve collecting dust. What a waste of money, I'll never ever order from Otterbox again!

So, I immediately went and got an upgrade to the new S24 Ultra and told them to make it bulletproof. I love the new Defender, the only beef, I wish they had the blaze orange and camo colors like a long time ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional, strong, and pretty I'm rough with phones, so I've gotten this style of case for my cell phones since they've been available and I've never been let down. I've never once had a broken screen or any other significant damage even after dropping them on concrete and pavement numerous times. This one seems to be just as good as the others have been. In the past, my only complaint has been that the flap over the charging port breaks off after a couple of years, but they're as good as their word on warranties and they've replaced them when that happens. The nonslip surface makes it great for placing on slightly inclined surfaces. Plus, I love the purple/lavender color option with this one. It's decidedly feminine and doesn't make it look like the industrial strength case that it is.

Love the look of the new S24 defender pro case, however once installed the bottom left corner is so sharp, with the weight of the phone it digs into your hand. I always use otter box cases. Please adjust this to make it more comfortable. Also make more colors available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product 11I have used an Otterbox defender for 5/6 years, when l bought my s24ultra l purchased the OB pro and the screen saver, l love the pro but for the 35 -37$ screen saver,not so happy. I was very careful to do the install and the directions are extremely good( l think an idiot could do it,but about a week- ten days the lower left corner is not staying. It is now about 10/15 days later and don't seem to be getting any worse. Not happy.

However the case for the 24 ultra feels very cheap. You can hear and feel the plastic case creaking/popping under the rubber everything you grab the phone. Definitely not worth almost 70 bucks.

However I've only had this for less than a month on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it has stains that will not come off already. I just washed it this morning to try to get these yellow stains off. I tried soap and a Scotch-Brite pad and I tried alcohol and it's still discolored - pretty much the same as before I started cleaning it.
