Good design and sturdy
Great case. Sturdy, nice design, improved charging port flap, but it doesn't cover much around the camera.

Solid plastic but REALLY slippery
This cover is snugly fitting and thick plastic but it slides off everything - your jeans, the car seat...maybe some people want that for their pocket but it is also difficult to hold if you are trying to text. Would have much preferred a more tacky cover.

The most amazing, one and only..Otter box
This phone case is exceptional. It’s protection and durability is so impressive. I am a little clumsy and have some arthritis in my hands (so many drops and bumps and over the lifetime of 3 phones I have never had a cracked screen or any damage whatsoever. You can shop around and find ones slightly less expensive, but none will match the durability of the Otter Box defender.

Longtime Otterbox customer. My wife and I pre-ordered brand new Galaxy S22's, and were needing cases before they were delivered. Checked several retailers, and found little to no availability, so I ordered them directly from Otterbox. Glad I did, because 1 they were available, 2) they were actually less expensive than the only other option, our carriers accessory store. As usual, great protection, fit, and quality. If you want real protection for your investment, buy an Otterbox. There is no substitute...

Saved my backside
I had my phone for a joyous 7 months before it experienced a traumatic and treacherous fall. My phone slipped out of my hands and fell just right in between a crack, free falling down nearly 30 feet into the deep dark bellows called the theater orchestra pit. When it was finally able to be retrieved, it was noticed that there was no damage done to the phone itself. Along with that, the case had one small little spot and the screen protector was slightly cracked. After the event occurred, I was expecting to have to get a new phone all together but to my surprise it is in nearly perfect condition. Thank you otterbox for creating such quality phone cases.

I have contacted customer service 7 times to return it with no response. The case is great, I just returned the phone and no longer need the case. 1 star for customer service.

Worst case I've had
I got my S22 in December of 2022 and I had got this case at the same time. By January 2023 the plastic in the corner by that camera broke after a 2ft drop. I got a replacement from Otterbox on January 19th. It's now February 18th and the phone has not been drop in that time yet the case broke in the exact same spot yet again. I've had other otterbox cases and this has been the worst one I've ever had. If you want a case that will last DO NOT buy this case.

Switching to Otterbox
My wife did not care for the Case Mate case that she got when she first purchased the S22. Although it was stylish, she didn't feel that it offered the protection that my Otterbox case did.. She's very satisfied with the change.

Not as good as they used to be.
Like other people have stated in their reviews the corner of the case next to the camera broke. Case is 5 months old and never been dropped. The cases don't seem to be as good of quality as they used to be

Worst Purchase ever
Otterbox use to have awesome service but Pay $10 for shipping for you defective product?? Come on now. I was a long time customer but after this case damaging my phone I guess i will look for a different one. Had the case not broke, I would have never known it was rubbing the coating off my phone. I never had a reason to take it out but was so disappointed when I did. Isn't a case suppose to protect your phone, and not damage it?

Doesn't fit properly
This product does not fit the S22 properly. It isn't sized to the cameras properly. Overall it's a solid case but it leaves an ugly looking corner where the case does stand flush with the phone.

Great protection.
This is the second time buying thus case for ky phone. The previous one lasted about 2 years before the case became a little too loose for the phone. I got the first case when I got my phone. I've dropped my phone many times and it has been completely protected. I don't even have a crack in my screen. I expect this case to do the same.
