Buyer Beware
Buyer beware! I returned this phone case and they have not refunded my money. And trying to get in contact with a live person is impossible!

Protective...but looks gross.
I have dropped my phone multiple times with no damage to my phone. So in that aspect.. its doing its job. But after a couple months of owning the case, I noticed it looking horribly dirty on the sides. I tried cleaning it with no results. I learned to live with it because I can't afford to spend money on another case when this one technically still functions properly. I love the symmetry series but have learned my lesson with the clear cases and will get a dark case from now on.

Will NOT fit
Tried several times to make it fit. Cover NOT flexible, so to force it, would break it. It is now smiling happy in a charity donate box. UGH!

Disappointed
I tried two times to purchase an Otter Box case; however, we had issues receiving our order. When the first purchase arrived, the package was completely empty. My husband called to report the issue; he was promptly helped--we put in a new order and were told that the shipment was expedited. We received the order in regular time, and the order was completely incorrect. Needless to say, we will not be ordering anything from here anytime soon.

Love the case but don't know how to keep it clean
I love Otterbox, would only trust Otterbox with my phone, however, I noticed the sage case it
gets really dirty quickly and I have tried to scrub off the dirt not even knowing how it got discolored since it's never been dropped, but it won't come off. Still, really love the case just wished I knew how to keep it looking clean and new.

it's okay
The case is alright. It definitely feels sturdy and snaps on well, but I feel like the bevel on the front could have been just a lil bit bigger to give the screen a tad more protection. I think it could go a long way to help protect it. It will do well enough. There's also some small scuff marks on the bottom of the case on the back.

Dropped my phone once from 2 feet above the ground and my Samsung 23 screen cracked. My phone hit the ground on the case side. Waste of money.

Disappointed
I got this case less than 6 months ago. It has been wonderful and protective of my phone. I specifically got this one because I have been using otterbox for years, and I was so excited to see a cute case. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed in how the case has looked over time. The soft sides of the case have yellowed horribly and nothing I have done has gotten rid of it. It the case was hard like the back all over I don't think this would be a problem. It looks gross now and I am looking for another one because it's embarrassing.

It's a quality case - just looks dirty
It's a good case and it does what is supposed to. I've dropped my phone countless times and it still looks brand new. My only issue is that it looks dirty from regular handling. Why can't they fix that. I'm tired of always getting a dark case, but I guess either way it goes is going to get dark ??

Wasted my money. It did not fit the phone. It is a errible company to deal with and it took forever to arrive and then it was wrong size. Waste of money and it is pricy.

What does otterbox have against Samsung?
Seems sturdy enough. Time will tell. Would love to have greater protection like otterbox iPhone. Works OK. Would like more colors

Can't go wrong with Otterbox
Always bought the Defender Series cases. Thought I'd try a Symmetry Series. Wow, no disappointment here! Very nice, a little less military looking, but still rugged as can be. Top quality. I will be purchasing more of these!

Its pretty, the rubbery sides keep me from dropping it when my hands are dry. I just wish it could work with magsafe stuff. Its a very good case for the most part.

Damaged case-Bad return policy
The case came damaged and I had to return. The return fee for a damaged case is a joke considering Otterbox is responsible for shipping their products in reliable packaging.

Protective, but dirty
I usually buy the most protective case, but they don't have cute designs. So, I took a chance on this one. Thankfully, I haven't had any damage to my phone through multiple drops. My problem is that the case looks ridiculously dirty on the sides. If you look at the pictures, the design still looks nice, the clear popsocket I added so you can see the design... Still clear... WHY are the sides of the case so dirty looking? And they can't be cleaned? By now, I would think there would be a solution to this problem, at least make a clear case with dark sides.

Big Disappointment!
Have used Otter box cases on all my phones for at least 15 years, however, very disappointed in this one! It did not protect my phone and the case discoloration is as stated by others--horrible! Due to crazy price for screen repair ($450), am now looking at just replacing the phone, which is only 7 months old. Anyway, will rethink case brand for my next phone.
