Ok, but not perfect.
I’ve been a Spigen user for years and after upgrading to a an iPhone 13 Mini, decided to upgrade my case. The Commuter is a good looking case with nice materials in a great color. However, the outer hard plastic shell does not clamp around the side buttons and the soft rubber of the case in these areas visibly bulges out away from the phone. The sides of the case can easily let in debris like lint because there’s no pressure from the hard shell. You can peel back the sides with minimal effort. It seems like a design flaw that might prove annoying enough to go back to my old brand. Disappointed.

Glad I chose this case

Doesn’t fit 13 mini well.
The charging port cover doesn’t fit properly and won’t stay closed. I’ve always bought otter box in the past without issue. I’m disappointed this year. I don’t even use the case because it’s so annoying. I’ve made it a little better by constantly stretching it out. It just sits on the shelf. This may be my last otterbox.

Purchased 2 weeks ago. Package states for iPhone 12 mini, or 2021 mini. It’s not or 13 mini. Notch on 13 mini is smaller. But when the case is on, the cutout at top of case is wider, for 12 mini.

Best Purchase Ever
I bought this case to protect my phone before studying abroad and it was the best decision I've ever made. There was not a single crack on my phone (or the case after it was chucked to the ground on the hard cobblestone streets of Paris after a thief tried to rob me. It protected my phone from being dropped down the inside paneling of a sailboat where it sat in a damp area for over 24hrs before the mechanic could rescue it. And it also survived the average clumsy drops. Highly recommend. It's fairly slim and not too heavy, love the charging port cover. I'd suggest pairing this case with a glass screen protector for the camera for extra protection.

Charding port cover does not fit well
I just purchased this case off of Ebay and the Charging port cover does not fit well and the color seems to be off-looks more gray than blue.

Wouldn't buy again
We bought otter box phone cases because they have a good reputation. I got this one for my iPhone13 and my husband got a different one for his pro. Honestly I am not overly impressed as they have only lasted 9-12 months before breaking. Yes I know I can get a replacement, but for the price I would expect the case to last 2-3 years.

Safe and Secure
My case is great, after going a couple days without it I can relax. Handling the phone without a case was difficult. I was nervous it would slip out of my hands and shatter. The case is easy to hold, doesn’t slip, stylish and above all, my phone is safe! The color is attractive and the feel of the case in your hand is secure.

Not as perfect as I hoped
I discovered the hard way that the corners of the Otterbox pull away from the phone when I pull it out of my pocket. Of course this happened over concrete. One replaced glass cover later and a permanent scratch on the corner of the phone and everything is okay again. Lesson learned. I still love the Otterbox because my phone is much safer in it.

Doesn’t fit iphone mini 13 well
This case doesn’t fit my iphone 13 mini very well. A couple of fitting problems are the charging port cover, and the corner that the cameras are in.
The charging port cover does not close all the way and sticks further out than it should. Also, the case does not fit correctly in the corner that the cameras are in. The hard outer shell does not fit into the silicone inner shell grooves and it stays “popped out”. I’ve tried several times to get this corner to fit properly, but no luck.

This case is an easy 4/5 stars
I love this case! I didn’t rate it 5 stars for two reasons though. First, the hard plastic is slippery. The grippy part on the sides is great but it’s hard to hold. Then again, I have butterfingers which is why I bought the case. The durability has been great for that reason. Second, the depth of the case makes my phone feel thick! It’s because of the all around screen protection. Again, another pro. Overall, its a great case but grip and depth have taken time to get used to.

Unsatisfied with your warranty
I tried to put a claim in for my damaged case on your web site and it told me that I had to go to where I purchased the product in which they said they couldn't help me. So I purchased a new one which cost me &39 with a 10% discount. Then I called and spoke to one of your reps. and she told me she couldn't refund my purchase. she said there was a problem with your web site. That doesn't help me. So I gave you a 3 out of five because the rep was very nice.

The box was an easy install with the phone. Once installed it’s formal in there, it will not fall out. It looks good. It doesn’t affect the audio. And you get full visual. Just what I needed and just what I wanted, a five star box.

Apple, then Otterbox, make the same mistake!!!
The quality of this product is fine, but the design is horrendous. I purchased it because it's a bit thicker than other cases, and I was excited that it was going to level out the bumper on the back of the phone which surrounds the camera lens array, so the phone would sit flat. Turns out that I just traded one annoying ridge for another. The bumpers on the side of the case create a lateral high-center line, so once again, the phone doesn't sit flat; it rocks along that high-centering line like a teeter-totter as you tap on different areas of the screen.

same problem as some others had with their 13 mini - hole for camera lense on hard case does not fit around the bump out properly...i had to use an x-acto knife to shave down the inside of that hole so that it would "snap" in properly. N
No, i dont want to call your customer service for a warranty replacement that will fit "just rite"...sounds like i'll just get another one with the same problem.

Phenomenal cover. Not too bulky, but still a 2 layer case. Hard plastic outside helps it slip in and out of a pocket easily, but has 2 rubber spots on the back that help it not slide around on smooth surfaces.
