Best protection ever!
The case the store put on broke the screen saver within a couple of months. I’m rough on my phone and had an Otter Box before which had protected my phone against many drops. My new Otter Box sits higher on the edges to protect against drops. Should never have gotten the other one.

Dull and dirty within days
Got the Starry Mountain color which is supposed to be pink. It is not a pretty pink but more of a dull, light mauve color. Edge of case looked dirty within days of use. No amount of scrubbing is cleaning off the graying of the edges. Very disappointed. Hopefully it will protect my phone as well as it claims to although I’m already shopping for another case because I can’t stand how dirty the edges of the case looks one week after putting it on.

Too Expensive

Otter box Defender Series XT Clear Case for MagSaf
Great product. Only complaint is when i carry it in my back pocket, sometimes the inner locking ring gets unseated around the charging port. When it does, it is easy to re-seat.

Slim and lightweight
Lightest defender case I have ever used. This one is thinner and lighter in weight than any other Otter Box case I have owned. Already dropped my phone multiple times and this case has saved my purchase!

Insecure holster
The phone would not clip into the holster securely It kept falling out if you didn’t get in exactly right. My previous otter box had a more substantial clip and was more forgiving when clipping the phone in.

Pretty cover and heavy duty
I have had otter boxes in the past and they have held up. We are farm folks and constantly in tractor, mowers, side-by-sides pulling machinery …and these have definitely held up. This particular one, I have really enjoyed. Usually by now I have dropped or run over my phone, ending with fractures on the back of my phone. This particular phone case has already held up better! My phone still looks brand new and the case has kept dirt away, I have not dropped the phone on concrete but in the field and dirt paths it has held up great!

Finish wearing quickly
I’ve had my case installed for about 3 weeks now and the finish in the back of the clear part of the case is already coming off. I chose the camo finish because the clear was just too boring for my taste, but the camo part is starting to peel. No drops or strange happenings to my knowledge. I’ve owned many OtterBox cases over the years but I’m concerned the quality of the products are slipping. I purchased this case as a replacement for another OtterBox case that actually delaminated. That one was a couple years old so I gave it a pass, but this one is less than a month old. I did also purchase a new screen protector from OtterBox and that item is very nice. Overall disappointed with the case

Case does not hold its Design past a month!
The cases Design easily scratches and chips away after the first couple of weeks and it has been continuing to lose its design.

Good but design could be improved
The case is nice and fashionable in design however the plastic top cover insert that needs to be snapped is a nuisance. If this was the main case I used it wouldn't be as bothersome but I only use it from time to time to carry with me within a factory floor setting.

Clear and Strong
I love it! I like how I can see the color of my phone with the clear design. And, I've dropped my phone 2x so far and I KNOW that my phone is safe in the case as well. I was scared when it happened but SO HAPY that no crack or scratches happened.
