Disappointed.
I purchased this case for the loop holder on the back and because it was supposed to work with the flat lay charger. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and the loop is loose and it doesn’t charge my phone when laying on the flat charger. So disappointing.

Worst Otterbox Case I have owned
This broke within the first two weeks. I wish I had read all the reviews. It's not the quality I would expect from Otterbox. I do not recommend this product. It is tough to file a claim as there is no online support for this case. You have to call the support number, and the hours are limited.

Back of the case is ripping and will eventually completely break off - disappointed in this case especially cause it’s not cheap

Good concept but disappointing in reality.
The case is sturdy in general and I can use it with mag safe charger. The catch is that with light use the pop out handle has broken for the second time. It’s just not sturdy enough. I’d hoped it could be used to prop the device and that never worked. I can’t recommend this case for that reason.

Disappointed pop socket
Didn’t like the pop socket in back. Love otter for the great durability. I’ve bought one in store and had it for years, with pop socket. I ordered this one for the color and was disappointed with the pop socket.

Handle Straps started breaking immediately
I purchased this product when I upgraded to the iPhone 15. Previously I had the Pop-Socket version, and loved it. Pop-Socket was not available. The handle on back is held on by two thin plastic straps. The straps began tearing at the end almost immediately. Then, I tried to stop using the handle as much as possible to slow down the process. It broke within three months. Not using it slowed the process, but couldn't prevent it from breaking. I was worried this would happen as soon as I received the case. I was excited about the flat back, but not being able to use the handle defeats the purpose entirely. Please bring back the pop socket design.

Breaking down after 1 week of use
I love the feel of the case and the versatility, however the pop socket band already has a hole in it, and I have had it for 1 week.

Old Pop holder was better

Good design, but the grip will tear off
My previous case was the symmetry with the pop socket. After upgrading my phone, the pop socket was not available for the new model. I like the new design that allows it to have a flat back. However, the straps on the grip didn’t even last 30 days before wear and tear on the edges. Finally broke completely off just a few days past 60 days and missed the warranty. I submitted a claim two weeks ago, and apparently it didn’t go through (my fault for not realizing and following up sooner). When I went to resubmit the claim today after realizing the replacement case had not yet arrived in the mail, I just missed the warranty window. It’s a great case, but won’t last you long term.

Great case, popsocket not durable
I love the case! It looks great and has done a good job of protecting my phone (NB: I use a screen protector with it, too). On the downside, the popsocket part is no longer working -- my 7 year old daughter somehow bent one of the straps, so now it's really hard to open/close.

POP Socket
Pop Sock piece broke within a week. It have it replaced under warranty it cost 10.56 for shipping cost. I appreciate the warranty, but I don't appreciate the cost. I have had letterbox for just about all my phones in the past and haven't had a problems with the cases. I haven't had much trouble with the phones they were protecting. This case however was a little bit of a disappointment.

I really liked this case at first. I’ve had it about 6 months and the button straps have now snapped on one side. You can’t really “fix” it either so now I have to buy an all new case.

Breaks Very Easily. Be Ready For Warranty Claims.
Finger grip strap ripped out after roughly 5 months of regular use. Not sure how this product got through any kind of development testing since this is such a common problem and they break so quickly. Absolutely should have been discovered and sorted well before production. Given how great Otterbox has been in the past, this one is a serious disappointment given how expensive it is.

Oh the OtterGrip
Let me start off and say I like this concept. I do like that the grip is in the case and you can MagSafe charge. Once you start to use the OtterGrip it becomes hard to put the grip back into the case, so you start to not use the grip. This is where I am now, it is so hard to put it back into the case. I am at the point now to put my Pop Socket on this case, which defeats the purpose of this case.

The plastic cracked near the camera after two weeks of use and my wife doesn’t even remember dropping it. Also the holder is cheap and I am sure will break soon. I would not recommend purchasing this. Stay away!!!

Time Will Tell
I’ve been a devote purchaser of Otterbox cases since my iPhone 8. I liked the idea of having a phone grip that is recessed into the case so it doesn’t get caught on the edge of my pants pocket. I’m a little leery about how long this Ottergrip will last. The materials for the grip feel/look cheap. The materials for the case are nice and I feel like it will provide good protection. I have been using the case for a few weeks now and I like it but, time will tell how well the grip holds up.
