I'm always dropping my phone and this year I needed something that would protect it and I found it with my his case. It has a rubber sleeve that you place phone in and pop it into frame. Boom. Done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a great case except for sides This case provides full coverage and the drop protection you’d expect from OtterBox, but my only problem is the design of the sides. This case design hasn’t changed very much in about a decade and the sides do not fit snug enough to keep dust and debris from getting into the case from the sides near the volume buttons and the other side. Why not add a clip of hard plastic on both sides to keep it snug? Other than that, great case. Just be prepared to remove your phone every week or so to clean out all the gunk. Also wish the speaker and microphone sections were precision cut instead of a big cut out, that gets dust and debris easily as well.

Mag worked great. Got the otter box today and well it doesn’t stay stuck. I got a charger with known decent magnets. Which they worked really well on the other case.

I was under the impression the commuter series was going to be a bit lighter. Apparently I was wrong if this could be lighter, it would be absolutely perfect. It makes my hand hurt so I have to periodically remove it and put my other case on to let my hand recover.

It’s two pieces, but both are on the back of the phone. One absorbs the drop the other deflects it. It’s lightweight with side grooves for grip. It’s smooth but not slippery. Easy to put in your pocket too. You can use it easily with wireless charging and it is Mag Safe (doesn’t have magnets on it). It’s very durable and was super easy to put on. This case will last a very long time and protect my expensive phone for a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best cases and protection money can buy. Amazing case. Already saved my phone after I forgot it was on the hood of the car and driving away. Small scrape in the corner of the phone through the case, little scratch on the corner of one of the camera lens that doesn’t effect anything, light scratches on the case on the top corner where it hit the second time after bouncing, and some deep scratches on the case itself in the bottom corner where it initially hit. Mind you, this case fell off the car at 49 MILES PER HOUR! Could not believe for a second it wasn’t demolished when I went back for it, I was devastated. So so happy I have always trusted otterbox, and always will after the continued proof of protection these crazy good cases offer. Side note, the MagSafe has been an awesome addition. I love having it clip to my charger or phone holder. A+ guys!

It doesn’t have any grip at all. Yes it looks like it will protect the phone but feels like it slips on my hand. I am considering returning this case.

I don't drop my phone a lot but want something incase I do. This case is sleek, slim, and looks good. Happy to be using something for a slim lover like myself. Otterbox always has the quality, they are just typically too bulky for me. They did great with this one.

For my new iPhone 15 pro max, I was looking for better protection but without too much bulk. I did not want a case that could be rolled on by a tank but still one that offer good protection. I think that my new Otterbox case fit exactly what I was looking for. I did not drop it yet, so we shall see but I feel confident that the protection is enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've used commuter cases for years. This it the fifth Otter Box commuter case that I’ve gotten. Absolutely fantastic. I prefer them thicker because I am rough with my cell phones. I carry a work phone and a personal phone and they both use the same commuter series case. I like them because even when the case gets worn or cracked, they continue to provide outstanding protection. I have not cracked a single glass since using them and I usually drop my phone from waist height every few weeks. The two-piece construction is a flexible rubber layer nested in a durable plastic shell. I like being able to remove the case in pieces. I find it takes less force to remove and put on than the single piece cases. I’ve had a good experience with otter boxes and will continue to get them. Even my wife knows they make the durability I look for. A value, even at retail price.

The dual-layer thin phone case features a rigid outer shell to protect against everyday wear and tear, scrapes, and scratches, while an internal rubber cover is supposed to absorb shocks. The textured grip is easy to hold and to place easily in and out of pocket.

I was on the lookout for a good case and I’ve always been a big fan of the otter box brand. I’ve put the phone in a commuter series case from Otterbox. This brand holds up super well. My son has even thrown his tablet (in an otter box case) out of a moving car and nothing happened. I drop my phone all the time so it’s necessary to have a great case! Incredibly impressed with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I expected better from this case. I have always used OtterBox cases and have never had screen savers crack when dropped like this one has. I’ve only had this case for a few months and I’m on my 3rd screen saver. The last one was an expensive OtterBox one.
