Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missed the Mark Not sure if disappointed or disbelief is a better word to describe this case. I have had an Otterbox case on my phone for as long as I can remember. I purchased this case in November, and I’m astounded at the lack of quality. Just from simple lotion or natural oils on my hands, the surround has completely changed color (as seen in attached photo). The entire surround used to be the pretty lilac color of the inside of the case, and has quickly transitioned into a dirty looking phone in the matter of two months. Along with that, simply from the standard in and out of my blue jeans pockets and small purse, there are already parts of the back that are completely chipping away. The phone has ever been dropped, etc. This is very normal day to day use. Do I think it protects my phone? Yes. But am I extremely disappointed in the quality of this product & wont get this style again? Also yes. For a $50 case, you would expect a lot more.

I need to pop a corner back in here and there. May need to exchange for another one. I would still go with the same design because it’s so pretty. Light blue with flowers and leaves

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't go for the clear one I have always used the symmetry series for my iPhones. This year , I purchase the clear one for my 15 pro, and the quality has slipped. The case scratches as soon as you put it on. I do appreciate the floating buttons, however they rattle a lot, even with the case on. I would return it, but since it's now scratched (after 2 days), the retailer won't take it back. Stick to the solid colours, you won't regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Ptterbox ever This is the worst OtterBox I’ve ever seen. The “synthetic rubber” edge is more of a rigid plastic that provides no protection to the phone’s screen. The edge is not only slippery, it doesn’t cover high enough above the screen to protect it in a fall. My phone fell onto hardwood floor from about 3.5 feet. The screen protector was crushed at two places near the corner of impact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money! Purchased the clear case with the understanding that the plastic wouldn’t darken as it claimed it wouldn’t. Less then a month later the case is nasty looking and nothing will clean it then on top of it the magnets that are glued in came out right away. What a joke and warranty wants you to pay shipping and I’m not doing that. If the case lasted longer then a month then sure. Screw you Otterbox! You are a joke! Oh and answer your phones for once!

I last bought one about 6 years ago, and this current version is much worse. I preferred the old rubber texture to this new sleek version which slips out of my hand easily. Also, the print on the back looks like I bought this case from a flea market; the colors are very very dull. It's almost as if the printer ran out of ink. I buy a phone case because it protects, looks good, and so I can hold the phone with one hand (grip). This case only protects. The design could use deeper colors and the new plastic needs to be trashed; go back to the old grippy rubber please.

I had the otter box symmetry on my iPhone XR and it was way “grippier” and had more rubbery sides to make it easier to hold on to your phone. This version is a little slippery and just not as perfect as the old version. Additionally, the blue looks purple in sunlight.

I've always been a case person, but I had the big and bulky cases. The symmerty case is definitely the closest I've found to a case that feels like you are holding the phone itself, but still keeps it nice and safe. I am also a person who likes to drop his phone way too often so making sure the case has the raised edges and made of a material that would absorb a fall was important. So far, I'm probably 5 or 6 drops in, and it still looks great.

My phone fell and the back side of my phone is completely shattered spent fifty dollars thinking this was worth it, absolute scam way better options out there that are much cheaper, first and last time I’ll ever buy from this company. I’ve had the clear case for two weeks and it’s already yellowing. This case will not protect your phone!

This product will protect your screen and camera from cracking or shattering. I live that even with this piece you can still have full access to all your buttons while still having protection. I would highly recommend this product!

We ordered 2 of these cases on 24 November during the Black Friday sale of 25% off - one for iPhone 15 Pro, and the other for iPhone 15 Pro Max. The next day we got shipping confirmation. We waited and waited and waited for them arrive, and finally on 4 December they were delivered - TEN days!!!!!! Very disappointing performance!!! To add insult to injury, on 28 November (4 days after order, 6 days before delivery) I got an eMail offering me 35% off site wide. The case is great, the "getting it to the customer is terrible"!!

Speaking to customer support, I'm told that the holster is designed for the Defender case, not the Symmetry. I'm waiting for the return authorization, so I can get my refund. Please expedite. Thanks.

When I got my newest phone, I wanted the best protection possible, but with a much lower profile. They nailed it with this one! Very streamlined design, yet feels and looks rock solid! I went with the "Bluetiful" color to match my blue iPhone 15 Pro. real good - lookin' combo!

It sits flusher than the old models and seems to slip out of my hand much easier. I kept it because I couldn't get ahold of customer service, I tried for a full week. Better than the Apple one though, so I guess at least I have some protection. Not my favorite Otterbox, and I've been buying them since 2007.

Now I have to buy another case (better one) and replace the entire phone because the camera and entire back is shattered.your warranty department isn’t covering replacements for iPhone 15.

It shows finger prints. Its a sturdy case, but I mostly bought it for the colors. Disappointed that my pretty case won't be pretty for long.
