Disappointing.

Nowhere NEAR worth the cost.

Not the greatest adhesive
This does the job, but it's lifted around the entire perimeter of the glass and won't stay down. I made sure my phone screen was clean, brand new out of the iPhone box. I used the install kit to put the protector on.. and the entire edge around the glass won't adhere. So now, I have a border of dust and pocket lint lining my glass. Not happy with the product, considering I paid at least 3 times for this what I paid for my off brand option on my last phone.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Edges don’t adhere, not case friendly, application was messy because the install kit was not helpful at all. I don’t want a new one, I want a complete refund.

I’ve had this screen protector before. Always does a great job. I really wanted to upgrade to the blue light filter with my new phone but it was out of stock unfortunately. Highly recommend.

Good Protector but bad Instructions
The Screen Protector is clear and clear. It is easy to apply, but the instructions are vague and you must figure out what the instructions mean. The base used to hold the phone don’t appear to be correct. But if you hold it just right, the protector cal be applied.

Wait For Otterbox to Improve Design
As others mentioned, this screen protector is poorly designed and does not seal around the perimeter of the phone. I have had it on the phone for about 2 weeks now and it has not sealed into place, which means this is likely a design flaw.

Good But Tricky To Install
The Otterbox Premium Glass Screen Protector helps safeguard my iPhone 15 Pro and give peace of mind. I don’t have to worry about scratches from tossing it into my pocket or purse. I do clean my phone a lot and I don’t have to worry about over using cleaners with the protector on. The protector doesn’t go to the very edge of the phone but it goes far enough to fully cover the usable screen.The installation is interesting and relies on a lot of trust on the plastic installer that is easy to mess up. Strangely, the QR code to go to the installation video only leads to the main page for the product, so I had to search for the video myself in my browser. In order to get a good installation, it really does rely on diligence of the installer to really clean the phone and have a dust free area. That is something that is typical for any screen protector. I liked that the installer and packaging is mostly recyclable. The rubber band at the bottom to keep it in place was pretty innovative. However, I was not a fan of how the protector relies on a thin piece of plastic that is attached to the installer by just being inside a slit and that the installer has to make sure it is in correctly on the top and bottom. It just isn’t very intuitive and has a lot of room for error. I found the glass to be very clear and the touch response was very good. Overall, a good screen protector but a little tricky to install perfectly.

Total Waste of Money, and Loss on Return of Defect
There was a defect spot in the glass. Apparently, I must pay the return shipping anyway. As far as I could tell, here was nothing better about this protector than the ones you can get for $5. It left bubbles that would reappear after smoothing them down.

It fit my phone perfectly. I’ve had other screen protectors that felt really cheap and cracked very easily, and this isn’t the case with this otter box one. It’s very durable, fits like a glove and superior quality. Highly recommend.

This Otter Box premium glass is certainly premium alright. A nice thick glass cover for your phone that comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It has very easy step by step instructions. No more messing around with putting it on your phone, this comes with a handy installation tool built right in. Put your phone in the alignment tray and follow the instructions for an easy install. DO NOT pull the glass cover out of its tray, this is needed to install properly. Comes with alcohol wipe, dust remover sticker and microfiber cloth.
This glass will survive drops of up to 3 feet. It is fingerprint resistant, "flawless touch response", and has a surface hardness of 9.

Similar to the other reviews, install was difficult and it’s not lined up perfectly and doesn’t fit with the otterbox case I have. It’s starting to peel at the top corners and really is annoying me. Hoping they refund and rerelease.

i did drop my phone and it did protect the screen, but now i already need a new one, less than 30 days later as the great seal combined with the crack on the screen is pushing phantom buttons.

Normally I love otterbox products and pick them above all else. But the screen protector doesn't fit with their own case (figura), creating a lack of seal around the edge of the screen protector. Further, the tray for the screen protector doesn't actually fit the phone, so it took 3 tries to get the screen protector to actually line up correctly ... by which time the adhesive isn't 100%, creating more air bubbles. And Otter doesnt' provide any kind of squeegie card for helping to get the air bubbles out. So that means I have to use my finger and fingernail, which is moving around the dispaly the entire time. This really is far from Otter's best work.

Screen protector came with a smudge on it
Screen protector is awful. Came with a smudge on it straight out of the box. The smudge was on the part that would've gone up against the phone's screen (the sticker part) and couldn't be cleaned off. Highly would not recommend.

Great Life saver
PUt this screensaver on my phone just in time. My phone got mixed up in some laundry and my husband dropped while going down the steps, just then i realized that mp hone was in that basket. My phone hit the hardwood floor facedown, i was scared tolipt it up and look. WOW phone was not broken or the scrren saver, it was a lifesaver that date

Doesn't fit perfectly
I'm not sure if Otterbox released this screen protector based off Apple's provided specs without physically testing first, but the glass has a small border around the edges that are not adhering completely. Will have to wait to see how it holds up with this obvious flaw. The glass itself is the usual great quality.

Broke within a week
The first time I dropped it on my laminate floor at home all the corners shattered. When I warranted the protector they didn’t have this one in stock so I chose the next best thing, one $10 cheaper but still had to pay $10 shipping/handling, even though I told the person on chat I only wanted the less expensive one IF I didn’t have to pay the fee because OtterBox is already coming out ahead.

Great iPhone protection
Received the Otter premium glass protector and immediately put it on my new iPhone 15 pro. Easy installation, no bubbles, clear view of my screen. Scratch protector is a plus. I feel safe with the new glass protector and highly recommend sticking with a brand you can trust!!

Same issue as several other reviewers - there's clearly a border around the entire screen which has not adhered after several days. I do not trust it to keep lint out or other damage over time. Calling their warranty service wants to rob you by charging you to ship out a replacement, which may not even be any better.

All 3 Screen protectors have problems immediately after install. Otterbox makes warranty impossible for the iPhone 15 pro. Will never purchase otterboc products again.

Does the Job
This screen cover does the job! Protects and keeps your phone safe. I am so clumsy and constantly drop my phone or my kids are dropping it after watching cartoons on it. Just a clumsy household. So it a must to have these protectors so you don’t have to worry with replacing a screen for high dollar!

It’s not bad. Sticks pretty easy and easy to line up in the phone. That bad is the outside edge seems to have air around it and it catches your attention when glancing at your phone or the light is hitting it just right.

Don’t buy this glass until they fix the problems
I purchased this screen protector at Best Buy and let them install it. I questioned the edges not sitting right and was told it would probably settle in a couple of hours. It’s been getting worse instead of better. After reading reviews here to see if anyone is having issues, I really wish I’d looked here before I bought it.

Doesn’t stay on the phone, can’t protect the phone
The protector didn’t stick to my new cleaned screen that had just been pulled out of the box and never touched. I still cleaned it following the directions in the box, but the screen protector didn’t adhere to the edges of the phone ad all, so the glass kept trying to lift off. I tried everything to get it to lie flat. I put books on it to weigh it down I let it set over night but nothing worked. I had to take it off and buy a new cover from a different company.

Usual high quality glass; even better install experience now. But it's not sized right for iPhone 15 Pro and leaves a small unsealed border around the device. That probably reduces the risk of cracks, but 1-1.5mm less would keep it safe and retain aesthetics.
