Not great
Cracked within a few days of putting on our new phone. The otterbox case and this screen protector were a bad purchase. Not happy at all for the price. It cracked right away due to the poor quality of the case.

As expected.
This installed as expected, there were more "bubbles" than expected even after rubbing them out with the included tools, however they disappeared overnight. With the bubbles working their way out this fits great and looks great.

I hope it works better for you than mine did.
Glass will not fully seal against the screen, there are obvious gaps all around the top and sides. Myself and the store employees were unable to get it to seal correctly.

Horrible customer service
The directions for installing the screen protector were confusing and I messed up. I tried calling OtterBox multiple times. Was on hold forever. Tried having them call me back; they never did. Then FINALLY got a person on the phone (after a week of calling). They told me to send in pictures of the damaged screen protector; I did. The response was that it wasn’t the correct screen protector?!?! I took a picture of it WITH the box it came in and a paper with my name, the date, etc. I am done wasting my time and money. Won’t purchase from them again. I had just purchased two screen protectors & cases from them (for my husband and myself). I will never buy anything from them again.

Easy to apply
Relatively easy to apply. At a couple of the corners and on one end, I had to gently lift and reseat it a couple times to get all the air bubbles out, but not too difficult. The applicator box that came with it made it simple to line it up perfectly on my phone.

GREAT PRODUCT
This is awesome. I was reluctant to put one of these glass protectors on myself but the kit that came with it made it so easy. It went on perfectly and I had no dirt or air bubbles at all. I would not hesitate to purchase one of these in the future.

perfect installation
Exceeded my expectations! I always found screen protectors difficult to install because I’m really picky and I always got dust under it and had to live with the bubbles for years. Not this one! It comes with an amazing installation apparatus that is foolproof. It’s completely straight with absolutely no imperfections, and I’m delighted!

Poor qulaity
Poor quality, screen protector shattered in 4 different spots within two weeks of getting it. The other brand I got with my old phone lasted 2 years without any issues. Definitely going with a different brand next time.

screen protector first timer
I've had iPhones for years but this is my first time using a screen protector. The packaging was really well-designed, the instructions clear, and both made installation a breeze. I can't even tell that it's on there, it has a really smooth feel. A bit pricey, but if it protects my screen it's worth the investment.
