Not good for smaller individuals
There are many things I like about this device. The one thing that severely limits its usefulness is the size. I have a small hand and this is clearly designed for much larger people.

Great product, but getting it to you is the issue.
Product is good. Works fine. Took over 2 month past my original ship date to get to me. And no one at support could give me a solid answer. Finally it came the week after the 3rd time I called.
