Great Sound
i loved the akg headphones with the 9 and 10 but i've gone through 2 separate usb c headphones in a month's time! they just stopped working mid phone conversation. when i pulled the second pair out they were super hot!

Straight up garbage
these headphones literally worked for 30 seconds. that's it. i'm really disappointed with samsung. i got the s21 and within 2 weeks the alarm hasn't gone off on three separate occasions. i never had that issue on the 10s.

Great Sound but with lots of Defects
first time using the type c headset and i must confess the experience was awesome yet accompanied without of issues with the headset. one time the volume control on the headphone will automatically regulate the volume while a song is played without being touched. sometimes it stops working and resumes when it feels like. i kept the product in a safe place, woke up to find out that it has stopped working. seems everyone is complaining about same defect too.

i tried using some wireless ear buds with my note 20 ultra (which doesn't have a 3.5 mm headphone jack) . there something about wired headphones. it has a pause/play, volume up/down buttons. i'm happy with my purchase

Samsug/akg usb C headphones
my daily driver, light and sound good for music, the recent update add more punch to the low frequency fast button responds , although my jabra 75t are nice for movie but the it is not as comfortable as the samsung /akg usb c headphones

they are one of the best I used. Im a heavy user and I use them all time, when I sleep, when I shower, in the bathtub bathroom and everywhere. They are really good.

High Quality Solution to no 3.5mm Port
i recently upgraded my phone and tablet to the note20 ultra and s7+.
a big caveat was the loss of 3.5mm port.
luckily, in the uk - the note 20 ultra came with these headphones in the box.
these perform as you'd expect for headphones in their price range.
they perform as well as headphones up to £100 - and vastly better than anything cheaper than this.
the mids are clear and rich and the bass has some body to it. you can hear good detail from instruments. high's are clear.

i have had 3 pairs of this headset in 5 months and all 3 have broken within 1 month of use. all 3 with the same fault. the left earbud stops giving sound.
waste of money!

Surprisingly incredible sound
absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too

volume & sound quality is crap & now for some unknown reason my music just cuts off with the slightest touch (any & every time) even though they're practically new & zero wear to the cord...

just got my new note 20. totally dissapointed with sound quality, both speaker and specially headphones. i owned akg headphones before with superb sound, but those included with note 20 are like 3,-euros ali. i would expect standard quality with 900,-euro phone, or better nothing. with high end phone thi is just not understandable for me.

Amazing Wired Earbuds!
the sound and overall quality is fantastic compared to my other wired earbuds! these earbuds came with the purchase of the s20. my past earbuds would stop working within a matter of months, but i had these samsung earbuds for two years now and had no issues!

Poor fitting and low volume
these came with my s20 5g. they sound good but you have to have the volume up to at least half if not more to actually hear the music. tried them on a plane trip and could barely hear my music with them all the way up. can't charge phone while using these earphones as only charging port is taken.
also after 2 hours of using these while in the airport waiting for flight my ears began hurting and were sore for rest of day. my 2 pairs of klipsch 3.5mm in-ears are very comfortable and i can wear them all day with zero discomfort. least i didn't pay for these.
real pain to have to have another dongle to carry around. at least add another usb-c port to the phone to allow charging and listening to music at the same time.

Loved these, until they broke
I love music and without an audio jack was hesitant to get the new S20 but was happy to learn that these headphones were included with the phone. Sounded great and worked well, for about a month. The right earphone was not wired properly or something and is now barely audible compared to the left, making these essentially a left only pair of earbuds which is really annoying especially since I cannot just use regular headphone jack headphones. Dissapointed.

Was loving them until my Dig loved them more!!
enjoyed the sound and how the buds fit perfectly in my ears. only had them for a few weeks before my dog chewed them up...no longer in stock but i will purchase again

Manufacturer issues
i came here to buy this again since i really liked them, they came with my note20ultra and the right side stopped working out of nowhere after just a few days of being used, after reading some reviews, i can see everyone is having the same issue again and again, one side stops working, samsung should take this obviously damage headphones out of the market and send the customers new ones, this is embarrassing for such a great company. disappointed.

i loved these
until the left ear stopped working.
now when i connect a different pair they don't seem to be working well.
but when i plug in my original broken ones my device picks it up and connects well.....

INCREDIBLE QUALITY
these came free with my galaxy note 10+ but even for $30, their sound quality unbeatable. samsung isn't exagerating in their marketing for these earbuds, (considering price) they are very accurate and detailed, competing with earbuds/headphones many times their price. completely blew me away!

Great sounding headphones
Best headphones I've ever had and came free with my S20. I used them with my PC and laptop to the point that I'm no longer using the soundcard or gaming headsets on any of my computers. I'm just waiting patiently for these to be back in stock.

Plastic start melting.
The plastic part close to my earbud start "melting" and become sticky...
Even regular finger nail can "cut" into the medal part when you try to pull if off ear after use.

No sidetone / very poor choice for communication
I hope this will be good back-up headset for an occasional conference call, but nope.
This is the first ever USB headset with microphone which does not have sidetone.
Completely useless for communication.

Very disappointed.
i had high hopes when i received these. i expected the same excellent experience from the 3.5mm akg headphones that came with the my s8 and s9, but that did not happen. i hear constant static hissing noise when i plug into the phone, and the microphone is just garbage. i tried plugging to my laptop and the results are the same: muffled, crappy quality. these are worse than the fake 3.5mm akg headphones i've bought on ebay. these might be faulty or fake products sent to me. all in all, i do not recommmend and will not buy again.
