A defective product and a dissatisfied customer.
I brought it less than a year ago and it stopped working.
Tech support is asking me to travel to at least 22 min from where I lived to get the adapter look at by one of their tech. I am not willing to waste anymore time on this adapter issue. I spent a total of $79.97 on accessories for the phone in addition to the $400+ for the cost of the phone. The least Samsung can do is shipped me a replacement adapter for free. I've been inconvenienced enough.

Excellent Power Adapter
I purchased the power adapter a few days after I purchased My new phone. I was charging the phone with old adapter which took a couple of hours to charge. Once I received the new adapter My phone was fully charged in less than an hour! I wish I could give exact time but usually I plug in My phone while getting ready & I take longer to get ready than My phone needs to get charged lol.

Charger is great but you need a C cord to use it.
It charges fast and is great except that it needs a C cord not the cord you currently use so when it came I couldn't use it and I had to run around to find a cord. Nobody had them except for Verizon for $35 for the cord. Is Samsung had said you need a c cord with this charger I would have ordered it with the charger.

Charges super fast. I had an older fast charger that came with my Galaxy S8 that I have been using up until getting my Galaxy S23. I had to buy a new one since I needed one with a USB-C input. It seems like it charges faster than the old one. Maybe it's due to the phone, I'm not sure, but it does what it is designed to do.

What's to say, it's a phone charger. You plug it in to the wall and the phone and it charges the phone. That's assuming the wall outlet isn't switched and the switch isn't turned off. I don't remember anything in the User Instructions about the switched outlet.

Samsung had an amazing sale of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, however within this offer the Fast Charger 45W 2.0 was not available. So the 25W is sufficient with 1.0 fast charging (it is fast charging of the past)

I was going to trade in my old tablet for the new 9 Ultra +++ But the price kept changing, offers would apply and then not and some other random issues. Tried starting over and then it wanted verification of active education activities, never required before. Summer break just started that same day. Unfortunately the schools website is updated already. The issues gave me the extra time to decide I don't really need a new tablet from Samsung. The new iPads are looking pretty good if I have to pay full price and they don't have the service issues from partner repair services. Best Buy and ifixit both quit?!!? Not good!

Works great. The price was a little high for an item that was once included in a new phone. Since all the new phones come with a c-cable on both ends the old ones are no longer compatible. I've had a samsung for over 10yrs. New one every year or every other. So I have plenty of cords but not the adapter

I tried to change my samsung galaxy aos3 with the 25w power black adapter. I use two different cords on the same phone with the adapter. My phone didn't charge. So I called customer service and offer two choices a replacement or refund. I choose a refund. I sent the product back in the mail. I received my refund in a couple of days when samsung received the return.
