Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent budget smartphone this smartphone may not get high scores for performance, but i found the exynos 850 to be adequate enough for daily use. 1080p screen is a plus, as is the battery life. i can go a whole day with the phone charged to 85% ("protect battery" setting enabled). sound from the bottom-firing speaker is pretty decent as well. love the samsung apps included. i use them way more than the pre-installed google apps. overall, i'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not impressed I'm kinda disappointed with Samsung. The A13 4G LTE keeps lagging, slow, even with all updates available. I know I'm used to my Note 20 Ultra 5G, but really lags a lot, but for the price is a good phone. The battery is great, last more than full day. Please Samsung do some updates to solve the lagging issues.

However, I got this phone and it's actually pretty easy to navigate, takes great pictures and I love it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waste of money! Bought this is Sept. Within a week the fingerprint sensor stopped working and would get burning hot when trying to upload fingerprints. Spoke to a TMobile rep and they said too many apps. and to do a factory reset. Removed the apps. Did a factory reset after backing up to my older phone. No change, accept now the GPS locator isn't working right. Telling me I'm one place, while I'm miles away going in the opposite direction. Wal Mart where I bought it, wont help. T-Mobile wont help. And Samsung won't help. So I'm stuck with a phone that's WORSE than my 5 year old, cracked screen S8+. Which I will now have to use again. I can't even use it to trade up to a different phone. But can with my S8+??? No one will take it. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PHONE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from phone isnt the best So let me just start of that this phone since the day i got it has been the worst experience from apps crashing very often to apps freezing and so on and so forth. Before the a series phone I had the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and was far better. I had to switch because of personal reasons but I really enjoyed that phone far more. this new phone I got has been nothing but problems and I cant wait to get a different one when I am able too.
