So far I am very pleased with the ease of transferring ALL my data (accounts, texts, pic, preferences, etc)! It literally took less than 10 minutes from me opening the box, transfer my data and make a call! The smoothness of scrolling, the super sensitive touch display...I can't stop singing its praises! I highly, highly recommend getting this phone if you want a good Galaxy for a decent price.

The display is crisp, bright, and sharp! Love that I can continue to use my SD card. I wish that Samsung would have sold the A55 in the US, but this is an excellent phone! The metallic lilac color is gorgeous!

Decided to try an A35 model, cause they gave me $200 trade in for my S10 phone, that still looks & worked great. It's Brand New, works just like a S Model. It's thicker & heavier. I just wish you could adjust the battery protection so it sets the phone to stop charging at 85% or 90% instead of only 80%.

My trade-in was in great condition and I managed to transfer all the data and apps from it to the new one without a problem, but Samsung claimed the charge port was damaged and wouldn't give me credit. Had I known this would happen, I never would have purchased the new one at this time.

This reminds me of my Galaxy A54 in so many ways but it seems I'm getting better performance despite the same Exynos 1380 and 6GB RAM. The cameras are better too especially in low light it seems. I love the Lilac color. It looks great. Nice glass on the back makes this feel high end. Well done Samsung.

The transition was extremely smooth. The Tech Support team guided me on transferring my contacts and pictures. It took minimal time in the comfort of my home. Being familiar with the features of the Galaxy, made the transition even more seamless.

After an unsuccessful wireless transfer, I used the provided cable for an "ok" transfer of contacts, email, messages, etc. Turned off some features (like location) on the A35E in an attempt to reduce battery drain. The 5000 battery does not appear to be much better than the 3000 battery in my previous A10e. Possibly due to more features on the new phone? Possibly due to heavy drain during the transfer.Turning off new default features affected some of the desired features, therefore needed to re address. Don't appreciate taking a lot of time reading all of the Samsung terms, conditions, and even more fine print. Ends up taking a lot of time getting new phone features to mirror the old phone. Otherwise like the A35E phone and appreciated getting the $150 trade in credit on the new $399 phone.

It talks a lot giving instructions but does not want to do what needs it to be done to set it up. I called Samsung support which is the worst on the planet. Their personnel lacks the language skills so No phone should be this difficult to set up. I had to go to the T Mobil store for help. The phone works fine but Samsung customer service is atrocious

I wish the US version had 8GB like in other countries. Make sure you get the correct Bands for your operating carrier if buying an international version of this phone. For me this one works as it was originally for the US Market

I've turned off Bluetooth (my watch disconnected) for hours, and yet still, it drains. Samsung, please, update this phone via software, since the phone was advertised that it had a two-day battery, but my experience so far is that it drains fast, and it should have the battery life advertised. Outside of the battery, the phone is pretty great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone, but had to send one back I ended up sending this one back because it would not connect to Total Wireless and don't know if it was a problem with the phone or a problem with Total. Ended up buying the same phone from Total Wireless, which cost more and will not be unlocked for a couple of months. Samsung is great with their returns and I would give them a 5 on that. Went from a S8 to this and love the phone. One thing I did not realize, and was not explained, was that will not charge wireless. This is no big problem as it charges very fast with fast charge. I think that Samsung should include the 25 watt AC Adapter as I had to go out and buy one. And yes, it is a Samsung Adapter, so they do make them. I will order another one for my wife when I learn all the ins and outs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I STILL LIKE MY SAMSUNG I love Samsung products thru my father. They're good. And there are lots of things i like about it. Though nothing is perfect. There are things in this SGA35 I'm not having fun with: 1) the Off button turns off when I only meant to adjust the Volume buttons because they're too close to each other. So I always have to turn it off and log back in in the middle of my game. 2) Also, it's so difficult and awkward to do screenshots with one hand now. I have to use both hands to find the right position for it, 3) it archives emails I intended to delete and i can't locate where Archive is. With my former phone I see where Archive file was, 4) there are lots of areas where i can't read the words because of the font, even before I changed my Screensaver. Samsung fonts seemed to be unchangeable. I was wishing it changes during the updates. 5) I'm not a hard core gamer, so this phone is too big now to fit in all my pockets, even my cargo pants and fanny packs, 6) another thing is, the texting área seemed overpopulated with infos all around it, though helpful infos. But i always get lost and confused where to text in at. And maybe i still need to learn more about this new phone, that i can't seem to change the primary location's temperature to stick on front. It seemed to be predetermined. However, I like it anyway because i needed more phone space, that's all. But It's still good because I don't have to turn off and on the volume when I turn it on in early mornings to silence it when everyone's still sleeping. And I like that the weather info is automatically showing upfront and is functioning without turning my Data on since I can only afford limited data. Thank you. I just hope it won't get any more bigger than this size so we can still call it a "pocket-size" phone where it's intended to be, originally. A tablet, a laptop and a PC has their own designation, otherwise. Thank you for allowing my inputs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Middle class! High quality! I purchased this phone less then a month ago, with a great deal on savings. One thing I noticed after purchase was that there is no headphone jack. Since the phone has waterproof features then why not have wireless charging? That's my only downfall to this phone. Other then having to change or purchase a new case I would've went for the A25. If it wasn't for the deal I got, otherwise it's still a much better phone. Perfect size, great quality, and beautiful pictures/videos, both incoming and outgoing.

Includes a lot of free but really useful features from Samsung. The refresh rate can be faster but doesn't bother me at all as this is galaxy A series.

The battery life is excellent, and the phone is super easy to use. The software is smooth, with lots of customization options, making it easy to personalize to my liking. The camera is a standout feature for me. For a phone that’s not flagship, the image quality is fantastic—sharp, clear, and detailed. I also love how responsive the operating system is. There’s barely any lag, which is great for multitasking or using apps. The fact that it’s water-resistant and comes with strong glass protection on the front and back is a huge plus. It feels sturdy and durable, giving me extra confidence when I’m out and about. Overall, an amazing phone for the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's OK but overpriced. Feels cheap for what the new price is. I had a Samsung Galaxy A32 prior to this A35. I miss the headphone jack, gorilla glass, n the side finger scan. I do not like the AI Bixby. It made me not able to turn off my phone. I'd press and hold the power button and Bixby just came on. Over n over until I turned it off. Very aggravating. I had to look up other ways to restart my phone. The only good side I've found that it's faster than the A32. That's about the only good thing I've experienced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung still thinks THEY still own the phone A35 5G is a decent phone but it is saddled with apps that cannot be removed or completely disabled. Galaxy Store and Google Assistant are of no use to me. Samsung support told me that they could delete or disable but after wasting 30 minutes of everyone's time failed to do so. I have a similar situation with a Samsung smart TV that is required to start up on the channel that Samsung chooses. I know I bought these devices, but it seems like Samsung thinks they should be deciding things for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy A35 5G Great mid level phone on a budget. The battery is pretty decent and can last almost a day with medium usage. Does not have all the galaxy AI features but has the circle to search function which is basic.
