They s**k less than the Buds 2 pro I had
It has been 2 weeks and there is already an annoying hiss ir static in the left one. Tried calling Samsung Care that I paid for the warranty and they will do nothing about it. Just like the $1300 Q series TV i bought. It let me down. This will be last thing i buy with the samsung name on it.

Good but doesn't knock it outta the park buds.
This is my 5th pair of buds and I like them but they don't completely drown out the back ground noise at all, it severely muffles it but I can hear it if I'm watching TV and not listening to music, thankfully my office isn't always loud or I'd give these a 3 star rating. These buds also don't charge wirelessly, they have to be plugged in which is a down grade from my older buds. I do love the white, they have fantastic sound and they fit good in my small ears. Overall happy for the moment.

Stopped working properly
Thought these were great but they stopped working properly already, got them the end of Jan and March 3rd they stopped working properly. Couldn't return to Amazon cus I was past my return date, got them working again only to stop working properly again March 19th. NOTHING NEW with Samsung Accessories, they NEVER last long. Bought a new pair on Amazon and got them March 20th, I'm sure they won't last long either. Went through at least 4 maybe 5 pairs of the Galaxy Buds+

Danger!!!! The Warranty Process is Broken!!
It arrived defective. Twice, Samsung sent me to get it repaired where they do not repair buds. I gave up and sought to return it. Even though I had been calling since the first day, it had taken more than the 15 days when I can return for a refund. Their reaction is "We are following policy." Well, my policy is to inform prospective customers that a company treats its customers badly. So here we are. All Samsung needed to do was send a replacement. I guess that is too much. I affirm that this is known by me to be true, accurate, and not misleading.

Great so far!
Haven't had them long (nearly 2 months) but they have been great for me! I use them almost everyday without any issues. The battery lasts long enough that I do not need to worry about charging constantly. I am hesitant to use them while working out, however, I believe they will function fine once you dry/clean them off thoroughly.

These buds are awesome. These are my 3rd pr. The first and 2nd pr did not fit...too big for my ears and kept falling out. But these fe buds fit so much better.

great job with these FE buds!
Finally the buds that don't fall out. Been waiting for a while. They brought back a lot of the things I liked about the previous buds plus and the upgrades are quite nice especially Wing Tips. So happy they included this feature. Fits great in my ears and they stay in! The sound quality is great as well for the price.

Sound Amazing!
I just purchased these two days ago. I have to admit the sound is amazing. They sound like a combination between the Buds 2 and the Buds 2 Pro. Yes I've already read where some people aren't happy about the no wireless charging but that shouldn't be a deal breaker. What were you doing before that feature was available? Exactly. Anyway, they sound great, I'm happy about the wing tips and the extra tips. Wish there were more colors but it's ok. I have the Buds+, Buds Live, Buds 2, Buds 2Pro, and now Buds FE. I didn't indulge in the Buds Pro because too many complained about ear discomfort and I decided to pass. I should've got them because everybody's ears are different. But it's ok. I have a nice little selection to switch between 2 phones and I'm satisfied.

Finally!
I have still been using my Buds plus from 3 years ago because all the models since then would not stay in my ears. I was afraid they would die or get lost before I found an adequate replacement. As the appearance would suggest these fit just like the buds plus but with superior sound quality. Unfortunate they did away with the wireless charging feature but otherwise very happy. And the free silicone case is nice because I hate white devices and even the black earbuds come in a white case.

I wasn't hesitant to try these but I'm so happy I did!!! They're much more comfortable and lighter than my purple buds 2. I've used my buds 2 twice and put them back in the box, in the drawer, money wasted(in my opinion). I haven't figured out how to fully use my FE buds yet but sitting here listening to my music and they sound GREAT! My small ears don't feel crowded like they did with my buds 2. They don't feel slippery like the buds 2. I can't wait to try them out while on the phone. Way to go Samsung!!! I'm happy ??

Samsung FE Earbuds are Terrible
Purchased October 10th, I believe the first day available by Samsung. They constantly disconnect! If you are moving, changing positions, over 20 feet away, they will disconnect. They do not alow the talk time as stated. This is the 3rd set of Samsung earbuds that have bern trash since the original Galaxy. Samsung take a note, stop manufacturing ear buds that perform poorly. I will be asking for a return or replacement.

The other end of the line cant hear me good
I like them for listening to music but when your talking on the phone the perosn says i sound like im far away and in a tunnel so if you need good sound for music go for it but to talk on i dont recommend.

Wing Tips for ALL
I love the wing tips feature of these Galaxy Buds because my biggest complaint of using ear buds is them falling out, the Galaxy Buds Fe are just like my Buds Plus which are my favorite but better ANC. Samsung should implement wing tips on ALL future ear buds from now on.

Galaxy buds fe ease of use
These are exactly what we wanted. Used these on a recent trip while watching movies one the plane wich helped the time pass. Very easy to pair bothe to the same Samsung tablet S9 FE.

Sound quality is good. Noise canceling feature does not remove all outside sound although it seems sufficient for most situations. Pretty sure you'd still hear the engine on an airplane. Overall, good for the discounted price I paid.

For a while Pixel A-Series Buds were my go to at this price point, however these Galaxy Buds have better battery life, higher maximum volume, and useful features like active noise cancelling and ambient sound. These Samsung buds are also equally comfortable and stay put while running. Very pleased!

Best ear buds I've ever owned. These are the ONLY ones that I don't need to be adjusting every 5 minutes or so. The sound is amazing too but the mic is subpar. Still the fact I can finally workout without having to be fanagling them everytime is a lifesaver for me. I love the size too, very small to include the case! Love how small the case is. I don't care it doesn't have a lot of features like wireless charging and such, I never use that stuff anyway.

Complete piece of garbage. Went out in 2 weeks i normally would just chalk it up but 2 weeks. The customer service is trash and language barrier is horrible. Yall make too much money to operate business like this. I promise this will be my last samsing piece of trash ?? device ???

Terrible experience overall
Left Bud stopped charging on the very 2nd day. After that 3 days if struggle taking to the Samsung customer care and the FedEx lost my return package. End of the story. Neither I have Buds nor the money. Lost my $100.

Nice Ear Buds
These have great sound. I like the app that lets you customize your buds. Love the ambient noise feature. I don't like the way these look on me, they are big in the ear and don't have the little handle you see on most buds that you hold onto when inserting them into the ear, 1 star deduction for that.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU Samsung for finally making buds similar to the Galaxy Buds+!! :) I loved the Buds+ so much that I tried buying them refurbished more than once because I really did not like the fit of any of the newer Buds, but the refurbished ones kept dying and I was so bummed. These Buds FE remind me so much of the Buds+ and I love them! They fit so well, comfortably for long periods of time, and have a decently long battery life. I'm not an audiophile so I can't say much about the sound quality but it sounds great to me. I also appreciate the affordable price and trade in program. Love these buds, thank you!!

Good sound, primarily use to block loud noise while I'm working. Only problem I have is Left bud doesn't want to charge if u just drop in. Also no way I know of to check charge without opening case.

These Samsung Galaxy Buds were the perfect (free) item that came with the purchase of a Samsung S24. They last with continueous use for 6-7 hours. I am very happy with these. I use them every day.
