Finally the style of earbud I've been waiting for.
These are comfortable and a great alternative to the IEM style which don't fit or work for some people. Great battery life on both the earbuds and case and the Samsung Wear controls are easy to change and learn. These are what I've been waiting for Samsung to make, and now that they're here they do not disappoint.

Dont hesitate buy them!
They don't fall out!!! I have been disappointed with all of the earbuds. They never fit my ears and always fall out. These have fixed this issue. I wish they were a little smaller and came in different color options, but these are so much better.

Missed the target.
While the sound is excellent, Samsung missed the mark on designe as these fall off easily. At least in my case these are very slippery because the don't fit perfectly well. As a result the fall off easily. The triangular shape is out of the ordinary and makes cumbersome to press the controls. The case is nice and helps keep the charge on the buds for a long time. However, these are not worth the upgrade from my buds pro.

Fantastic earbuds. These fit very well for me. The sound it great. That is important. If these don’t fit well, you won’t like them. I LOVE THEM. I have bought every Samsung earbud they have ever sold, these are my absolute faves. Equal to AirPod third gen. I highly recommend these. I will buy a few more pair for future proofing. Samsung changes everything all the time. Some things should not change. If you hate in ear canal earbuds like me, you’ll love these. Plus they are seamless with my s24 ultra. Play around with the eq to find your sound.

Earbuds causes ear infection
I bought them and my ears began to get an allergic reaction. I posted on the community board, but it was closed instantly and the "Specialty Claim" dept had me send the earbuds in. After almost two weeks of waiting. I got a call saying nothing was wrong with the earbuds and they were sending it back.
Unfortunately, my return date expired. Now I can't use the buds and I'm out $150 bucks and my Buds Live, which I traded them in for.

Bad buds worse service.
The buds stopped working properly within the first week the sound from the right bud was very low, and I could not get a replacement pair without buying a new pair. The customer service was terrible, and the service agents all had heavy accents and it was hard to even hear their names. I couldn't get any help from someone who I could understand. I was sent to a local repair facility that could not get parts for the buds.

Sound great, poor fit and comfort
These sound really good, a big upgrade to my airpod gen 2s. HOWEVER, the size of the "bean" is just way too large for my ear. They always got loose, or started to shift entirely to a new position. Whereas the airpod gen 2s "hook" into your ear alot better, due to how small they are. Id try the buds brand again if they made a similar stem style to the airpod gen 2s. I heavily dislike the concave shape and enlarged earbud.

Really hated the plastic tip of in-ear buds and was thrilled to learn the buds3 had the fruit buds design. Switched from fruit buds and the sound is so much better.

I love these so much better than the buds 2. They it's snug in my ears and the sound is great. The only issue I have is that with my nails it is difficult to maneuver the controls with my hands so The Voice control is better for me

Beautiful design
These are my first pair of samsung earbuds, coming from Sony and JBLs I cannot explain how much I love these. The stem design is beautiful and they stay in my ear even while exercising. I'll be buying a pair of the pros just to have the extra pair.

New favorite!
Amazing! Got these to replace my 3rd gen airpods, and fit into the samsung ecosystem. I hate in-ear so only use the open ear and I find these a little more comfortable than the airpods, which were very comfortable to begin with, so big win there. The sound is great, definitely noticed the hi-fi difference in sound quality, I'm hearing some things in songs I've not heard before, which is pretty cool. I personally love the stem/blade design, makes it easy to find the volume adjust and tap button. The active noise canceling works, it's not amazing but it's great for when I'm reading a book, and just tried it on a flight, which again the ANC is not great but definitely noticeable which is amazing for how comfortable they are. Haven't fully tested the battery life. The case and the buds themselves feel really nice and well-made, pretty similar to the airpods i find. Overall really happy with these. Worth it!

Finally no rubber tips!
Great sound and no rubber tips make for great earbuds for my ears. The stem definitely is better than the tapping that you had to do on previous buds.

Great product, could improve the case.
I had the galaxy buds pro 2, and they sounded great, but they fell out of my ears every time I wore them. These new galaxy buds 3 are the exact fit that I needed.
My only criticism is that putting them back in the case is not the best experience. You have the have the stem perfectly lined up for them to go in or when you let them go they'll just fall outside of the case

I think i have average sized ears I dnt understand
Got these as a gift today dont like them at all they dnt stay in my ear so they cant cancel noise i hear everything i hate the design and I've had the last 2 galaxy buds before these im not impressed and feel kinda ungrateful for hating these but its sucks maybe the pro version would be better for me but idk if im willing to spend the money to find out

Super impressed with these. I like them more than my other brand pair! I love that they don't have the rubber part, that usually irritated my ears. These are super comfortable and the sound quality is great. I am also super impressed with the noise canceling.

Worse ear buds and bad customer service
The worse fit ear buds I ever own. I missed the deadline to return by a day. I called Samsung support and was told I missed the deadline as well as nothing they can do. I started asking for help to how I can use them as they kept falling off my ears. She just hung up on me. I then called back to ask for help on how to keep them in my ears, i was left waiting on the line for many minutes. I then contacted so call "Samsung CEO". Was contacted back by Oscar via telephone which I was unable to answer. He then left message asking for information. I responded on the same day via text and well as called him. No response as of today so I contacted him via email. Again, no response. This is first time having problems with Samsung products despite having many other products. I quickly realized that customer service is the worst I have never encountered. I will not be buying Samsung products from now on after this experience for me.

I've had these buds 3 for a week now. I love the sound and they look great. I wish I would have bought the buds 3 pro because they have the adjustable ear piece tips. I love how I can just talk to turn up or down the volume, change song and more.
