They tend to be a little too big for my ear canal and they tend to pop out or slide out of my ear. I suggest you work on a proper fit and some way to keep them in place. I love the quick connect feature with my samsung phone and the touch controls. Galaxy AI. Also, the case was very hard to open.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE/DO NOT LIKE I decided to upgrade my earbuds from the Galaxy Buds Live due to the new design. This was the worse idea ever! There is no way to securely keep them from falling out of your ear. I searched for ear tips that would allow them to stay in. I made an attempt to like them and tried to come up with a solution to keep them, but my attempts left me with a pair of earbuds I don't like nor can use. I have wasted my money. This has been a nightmare.

The audio quality is leagues above my previous buds. The ambient sound is vastly improved but fans are still a bit of an issue. the comfort is far better as well i can see myself wearing these for a 5+ hour flight with no ear fatigue. The free case is a bit cheap. I think these are a great buy with the trade in and the sale.

They didn't work for the gym, but also didn't work while walking the dog or around my house doing chores with my head upright. I returned them for the pro version, which fits fine around the house at least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful so far!!! I wanted an open-ear fit and these seemed like the best on the market. I really do like the fit, usually I don’t notice them in my ears. In-ear earbuds usually fall out of my ears or don’t even fit at all, but these fit perfectly. The sound and the bass is really great considering there’s no seal from a rubber insert. Obviously no noise cancelling, but that makes them perfect for quick listening or when I’m on the go and need to hear my surroundings. The battery life is wonderful- I think I listened to music for around 6-hours straight and they were still going strong. Maybe my only complaint is that the blade controls just feel weird. The required pinching of the blade for pausing usually shifts the position of the entire piece, so I have to readjust them afterwards. I’m not a fan of pinch controls. My review may be different after owning them for longer, so I do hope I have the option to edit this later…. I’m also curious to see if the plastic “mesh” that separates the speaker from your ear gets clogged overtime and how easy it would be to clean it.

They are rated for 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes and I know for sure now they are rated at least 14 hours submerged in Gatorade, thankfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound Quality Got the new Galaxy Buds3 a week ago and after extensive use I really like the sound quality. Where they get the most use for me is during the day as I'm driving to various construction sites to map them. They allow me to take client calls and transact business while getting my daily work done. I haven't had any complaints about the call quality. I also use them when working out to listen to my favourite music. The fact that an EQ is offered with presets and a custom setting really allows me to tailor my listening experience to whatever music I'm feeling that moment. I'm playing around with the newly added voice control features (answer and reject calls) which is something I desperately needed on my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. All in all they are definitely an upgrade from my Buds 2 Pros. The only issue I'm having is the fit. They keep dropping out of my ears. I really wanted the pro version but it wasn't available. I'm hoping that they become available soon because that is the only problem I'm having with the Buds 3 and it's a huge one for me right now.

So lost 50 bucks and my better Samsung buds 2. Galaxy buds 3 fall out of ear no matter how I adjust and starts hurting from all the adjustment. Will be going back to buds 2.

Was offered compensation then denied partial refund, then offered a promo code for a reduced amount that was initially offered. Then never received code. Buds are uncomfortable and don't fit well.

I have had issues with past earbuds due to the pressure build up but with these being "open" style they're amazing. I can wear them all day with barely any fatigue with is huge for me. Then using Galaxy AI is just perfect and everything I can do is wild. That with the buds themselves it's a win win product.

It's so helpful to be able to skip and rewind songs but also having the ability to raise and lower the volume. They fit great, had no issues at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally - the buds I have been looking for! I'm living my new buds. I will admit that I was getting a little tired of waiting on them, but so far it's been worth it. The software is fabulous, and the sound is perfect. With the buds in and turned off I can't hear a thing. I do wish I could turn up the ambient sound more and use them like hearing aids, but it's possible that feature is there and I just haven't found it yet. Everything else I need is there, and the sound is fantastic.

I workout in a noisy environment. The pro2s did a great job of blocking out almost all background noise while the buds3 are just far inferior.

Every quality these contain would make them a Tier 1 contender if they simply stayed in my ears while I walk. I like using them to do voice prompts with Galaxy AI, play games on my phone, etc... they're just not great for physical activity.

I will say, they are still slightly too big but they fit the best, compared to other brands as well. The sound quality is top notch. The active noise canceling is super helpful when I'm feeling overwhelmed with all the sounds around me, these help drown all that out. I have no had a chance to use Galaxy AI yet because I don't really understand how.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noice Cancelling Without The In-Ear Tips I'm not a fan of the in-ear tips which are very uncomfortable for me so I opted for the regular buds3 over the pros and I've been surprised by the noice cancelling, I did not expect it to be any good but it's been great so far! Battery life is good; I use them on the treadmil, use them before bed, and when I'm going out and never had any issues. The design of the sound outlet is really well done as it helps keeping the earbud clean when compared to my previous earbuds, I've been wearing these every single day and they're pretty much spotless to this day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Big Upgrade I had been using the Galaxy Buds Pro for about 2 years, and after upgrading to the GalaxyBuds 3, I can confident say that they're the best earbuds I've ever purchased. The features are great, and useful. I love using the voice control, and the noise canceling features. I also love how easy it is to change the volume along with playing and pausing what I am listening to using the new blade on the earbuds. Connecting the buds to my laptop is made easier thanks to the pairing button on the bottom of the case. The new design is refreshing and sleek. The audio quality is of course as great as it's ever been and I have no complaints. They really knocked it out of the park this year, and I'm excited to see where they go from here.

I found it a bit uncomfortable for my ears, they should be smoother but it not, I wonder if the comfortability of the pro version changes. But again the sound is more than perfect. I haven't had the chance to use its full potential but I have no doubt that IA should be so cool for live translation.

The audio quality is great and the new AI features do help out a lot. I use these headphones for everything, I connect them to my phone when they call me, to my PC and PS5 when I am playing and sometimes even to the tv when I am watching TV and my wife is sleeping

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The old Samsung Earbuds Version is much better I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 last Friday and used them for 8 hours the next day. However, I found it necessary to return them because I didn’t notice a significant improvement compared to my old Samsung earbuds from 2019. At a price point of $250, I was expecting more in terms of quality and features. If the new model doesn’t offer substantial advancements over the older version, which is also more affordable, I believe it makes sense to stick with what I already have. While the ambient sound feature is an interesting addition, I found it didn’t enhance my experience. Additionally, the earbuds slipped out of my ears and were uncomfortable to wear. I ultimately chose to exchange them for the Galaxy Buds Pro 2, which I found to be a better fit for my needs. I hope my feedback can contribute to future improvements in product design and comfort.

They didn't fit in my ear, too big, when I tried to fit them in my ear the buds would screech. The quality of sound was very poor as well, when I used them to talk on the phone the other parties voice had a high pitch squeal. They felt of poor quality also. So I returned them. Very sad I was excited to get them. The new watch is amazing though.

Buds are also hard to get back into charging case as I've already dropped them twice trying to fit them back in. Trying to do any of the pinching and swiping on the stems cause the bud to just fall out so now I've lost the ability to just use the buds to skip pause or change volume without having to readjust. Had these on a 7 day vacation so I've already sent in my old buds and now are stuck with these.

They both always fall out. The sound quality is amazing and so are the rest of the features. Great headphones if they fit your ear properly.

As much as I tried rotating these to fit just couldn't get them to stay in place. Always felt lime they were falling out and would lose 1 or both.

One of the tips broke when attempting to remove/replace. Have owned all other versions of the Samsung buds and these are the worst by far. Wish I could return. Very disappointed.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I also have Sony, Technics and Bose earbuds (when I got the Buds 2 they were right up there with them but had lived a good life didn't sound as good) I accounted for not having had stick buds before. I wasn't sure how they were supposed to feel in the ear but I can't imagine this is it which causes major sound issues which for me have been non existent bass in anything. Me no likey. I wanted to. I wish I could give a good review but can't do it. I use and know the galaxy wear app I've read and seen all the information these just do not fit my ear and they just won't without an attachment and I'm not sure how significant that would be in helping .

Howevere while on a call, in the middle of my conversation , there was a loud constant screeching static noise, I waited for a few seconds before switching to speakerphone. I may be returning them and waiting for another version of these. Has anyone experienced this?

The Galaxy Buds 3 got awesome features such as high quality audio, active noise canceling that works very well which is great on the airplane, and a charging case and charges your galaxy buds wireless with magnets. It also has a voice controls to tell your buds if you want to pause the song, play, next song, previous song, etc. It also has something called a stem at the bottom of your Galaxy Buds to adjust the volume and to play or pause or skip the song your in. You can also answer calls with it too. If you want something wireless with awesome battery life, great features, active noise canceling, and high quality audio, then this would be the perfect product.

I can't even chew without having to constantly push them back in. I'm afraid they're going to fall out into some place where I can't get them back like a sewer or drain. I've tried turning the buds every which way and they still won't stay in. And samsung only allows for 15 day returns which is wild to me. A true waste of money.

I bought the galaxy buds 3 and returned them a few hours later because they don't fit right or feel secure in my ear. I think both pairs should come with the ear tips. Also worth noting the buds 3 need to be pressed to pause or skip a song where the galaxy buds 2 is touch

The sound quality is amazing on both ends. The background noise is filtered out and only my voice gets sent to the recipient of my call. The new pressure sensitive controls were an interesting addition but I have quickly grown very fond of them. It prevents you from me accidentally touching or tapping and doing things you don't want to. I would definitely recommend these new buds to anyone.

I love the buds but with both pairs the part that goes inside the ear is too fat and the constantly falls out during my walks, walking the treadmill or during my workout routines. I think the designer of these buds should design some with a thinner inner ear. I think it would be beneficial for people with smaller ears.

Also, got a Flip 6, so I thought they would work seamlessly together. Buds 3 in silver is bulky, big, cheap looking silver (not metal looking but painted on dull silver), won't stay in your ears, etc. They are actually pretty cheap looking overall. I traded in my Buds 2 pro which I used about 4 times. I liked the look and fit of Buds 2 pro better, but it had 2 major flaws for me. One cannot have hair untied while using it. Even a light touch of loose hair from a ponytail would activate the Buds 2 pro. It would fast forward, stop, play, etc. Also, I hated the case. It would stain, and I could not clean it. Buds 3 sounds great. Love the voice commands, a necessary feature for me. Honestly, I can't even touch the buds while hiking or walking. Otherwise , they would fall off my ears. I am constantly fiddling with it and shoving it into my ear. Ridiculously large and heavy. No rubber tips to keep them on either. I almost returned it when I initially opened the box. However, it seemed more functional than buds2 pro, so I kept them. If I can do it all over again, I would just buy a different pair of ear buds completely. Testing buds 3 while hiking proved that they don't work for me. The fit is horrendous.

The Buds 2 I could tap them with my shoulder to pause what I was listening to which was very convenient because I work in a shop and my hands are dirty all the time. The Pro 3's you have to pinch it to pause which requires me to put my dirty hands on them or tell someone hold on till I can find a towel to wipe my hands off. I don't think sound quality is at all better. I would not recommend purchasing these. As I'm writing this review one fell out my ear onto the floor...Awesome!

I was excited for this, but have been considering returning them since day one. The quality is great and the features are amazing, but they are so painful to wear. The first time I used these, I was cutting the lawn and they felt like they were slipping from my ears. I thought it was that I just wasn't wearing them right, so I tried again today, sitting at work, making sure I was wearing them correctly. They are STILL slipping out. Not to mention that they are not comfortable to wear for more than an hour. The sound, when they are still in my ears is just okay. I want to return them, but unfortunately I am four days past an extremely short return window.

While the sound quality is great, the buds fit is abnormaly loose, and they dont stay in ear for long. I spent more time adjusting them to keep them from falling off tham enjoying music. I returned them to the store within 24hrs to upgrade them explaining my issues, while they encouraged me to upgrade to the bud 3 pro to resolve the "fit issue" i was told i would have to pay full price for the buds pro. So i am now stuck with a pair of buds that just dont stay in ear, rending them useless for anything other thank staying still listening to music

My left ear shape is always like completely different from my right, so it's very hard to find ear buds that actually want to stay in my left let alone be comfortable. While the tipless design is a lot better for my one ear, I still find it somewhat uncomfortable and it still easily can come out. I may try and look for a compatible ear wing when those come out, but nonetheless, it is a good product. With the stems and me not being used to them, pinching them and swiping almost feels like they're going to come out because of how light they are and the tipless design, and the pinch doesn't seem to work 100% of the time. As far as Galaxy AI, a nice touch. I love the voice commands and other capabilities. Overall, a good buy. Realistically I'd probably give them a 4.5 star.

The anc is very impressive. So much so that I can use them at the gym and both lose myself to the music and get in the zone but still be able to hear if there is na issue or emergency. The voice controls are next level. No longer have to tlak to an assistant. Just say volume up or next song and bam it instantly does it. The physical controls are a+ too. No confusing and convoluted controls just straight forward swiping for volume up and down or clickky for forward back pause play. Unlike other buds with full touch controls that I always triggered when adjusting. I can wear these for many hours without any discomfort.

I typically skateboard with them in and they have never fallen out or disconnected. I enjoy the active noise cancelling the most when im studying or doing daily tasks to block out excess sound. The noise canceling is amazing. The sound quality is fantastic. Others have said I am much clearer on calls then before. I don't have a new enough phone to utilize the Galaxy AI translate yet. But this is what I am most looking forward to. As soon as it is time to upgrade I will be using it. The only issue I had was changing the ear tips. I was afraid I was going to rip them, however once I got one the other was easier to remove. Hands down the best earbuds from samsung.

The new design is beautiful and sleek. The Buds are very comfortable to wear. The battery life is was over six hours of continuous play. One HUGE design FLAW: the Buds do not stay in if I talk, eat, or move my head in any way. I am constantly catching them as they fall out of my ears. I tried to return them on the 15th day at noon but someone at Samsung decided to close my Return window in the AM hours with no way for me to get around this faux pas.

The ability to enhance the volume around me is a great feature when little kids start talking in soft tones. But when the sirens go by it is nice to have it switch over to noise canceling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These headphones are an amazing upgrade The title says it all! These headphones are an all-around upgrade from the Buds2 I had. The touch features are a lot more responsive, the microphone is a lot better, the sound quality is a lot more crystal clear in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend making the jump and getting these over any other headphones. I prefer these ones way over the ones with the rubber inserts. Much more comfortable to wear, and they still don't slip out, even when exercising.

Feels like they are going to fall out my ear on a regular basis. And don't seem to completely muffle out the back ground sound. I'm team Samsung so I'll probably get the bud 3 pros and try them out. And give these to a family member

However the best feature to me is that I can have both headphones in and clearly hear everyone around me if I want to. I can still listen to music or be in a conversation on the phone and still can hear clearly when someone talks to me. I don't need to take one side out to hear. I also love that I can live translate a language and have it just interpret everything while wearing my buds. The case stay closes better. Harder to pop open from a fall and the buds fly all over the place. Glad I upgraded.

The Buds 3 will not fall out when I'm talking, eating, or working out! One of my favorite features is the Galaxy AI Interpreter. It helps for when I am on vacation and need to talk with a native speaker. Overall I love the Buds 3 for when I am at school, work and when I am relaxing at home. 10/10 would recommend!

Samsung has always been my preffered headphones because of the use of Galaxy AI when it comes to the backend nature of what I need. These new headphones seemly swap between my tablet and phone. They feel great and I use them with no issues while on runs. Love these headphones.

Cannot use when biking which is extremely disappointing. I also traded in my pros 2 which were much nicer and Samsung refused to send them back or credit me $100 as promised by support. Do not deal with Samsung online. They will rip you off. Samsung customer support is the worst in the tech world.

I have purchased very many buds over the years and the sound on these just isn't there. I like the buds and the sound is clear but the overall volume seems quite low compared to the other buds I have or had in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Buds3 are great with a minor catch. The sound quality is much better compared to previous generation non-pro series Buds. The only caveat is the fit. While the headphones fit nicely in the ear, the single problem I've noticed is the lack of grip they have when starting to build up a bit of sweat. I find myself constantly adjusting them to reorient them, sometimes accidentally ending a call, or pausing/skipping songs. If they had a small rubberized patch on the underside of each bud, this might help keep them from slipping out of place or out of the ear entirely. Regardless, I still like them more than previous versions as they also pack a lot of gestures in each bud, allowing for more functions without having to alternate between the two.

The stem controls are better, the fit is better, the look of the device is just better. The Galaxy AI feature of being able to adjust the volume with my voice and no need to talk to a virtual assistant is phenomenal. Definitely would recommend.

Active noise canceling gives boost to bass and refined EQ presets gives options to choose from. Also, the 360 sounds is on different level. Unfortunately, with all the great features and new design, Galaxy buds touch blade is hard to utilize. Touch blade are somewhat hard to find when you really have to answer a call. Overall, Galaxy buds are new good thing.

I use mine for work mainly, and they can remain in my ear for 2-4 hours comfortably. The slide & press features on the stem are cool, a little getting used to though. The voice options to answer or decline calls, raise or lower volume are features I use more. I wish these had the lighting stems like the buds pro 3 though, seems like a unique feature to be different from the other guys.

I love that you don't have to fiddle with the rubber tips that sit inside the ear canal. They definitely make for a better experience without falling out. The sound quality is magnificent, so clear and clean makes one feel as though their inside a theater without causing harm to the ear drum. The buds pick up my voice easily when using Google to perform functions via my connected Ultra phone. I like that AI still offers suggestions when using the buds 3. I would definitely recommend the buds 3 to anyone looking for a nice inexpensive ear bud.

While it bears resemblance to its primary competitor, Samsung's superior brand reputation made me eager to embrace this product. That being said I wanted to love this product. to start off with the pros. 1. The sound quality was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The music had a crisp and clear sound, while the bass was deep and resonant. 2. The noise cancellation technology effectively immerses the user in their own private soundscape, while simultaneously providing callers with a clear and isolated audio signal. I would rate its effectiveness as 10 out of 10. Cons: 1. Touch Controls: The touch controls were highly inconvenient. Previously, the touch controls on the buds were straightforward and easy to use. However, the new design requires squeezing the stem of the bud to change, pause, or answer calls. This can be challenging for individuals with small ears, chubby fingers, or long nails. Unfortunately, this was my experience. 2. Ear Fit: When the buds were initially placed in my ears, they were comfortable. However, during my runs and walks, they easily fell out of my ears. The touch controls further exacerbated this issue, making it difficult for the buds to stay in place. Ultimately, I made the decision to return the Buds3. The primary reason for this action was that the earbuds consistently dislodged from my ears, causing them to fall out. Furthermore, the controls proved challenging for me to operate during routine daily use.

Anytime I use them I spend all my time trying to find the right position to have inside my ear. About the time I get close to having it in the right position my ear is irritated from the constant twisting and moving in ear. So then I end up taking them out. Feels like they are made from cheap material and have very little customization on samsjbg wear

I find it offense that sending a guide on how to "properly" fit these atrocious buds as a viable resolution. Yes, I have already tried it, as well as have tried exhaustive research on ways to resolve thus fumble of a product design. If I could give a 0 rating then I would. Especially on your customer service "resolution". I can't keep these buds in longer than 5 seconds without turning my head to comment on anything regarding the sound quality. Absolutely pointless

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect Upgrade I enjoy the samsung buds 3. The most attractive feature that convinced me to upgrade was the change in design. The stem look and the non-pro buds 3 not having rubber ear tips was attractive to me. I figured this would mean a better ear fit for me, as rubber ear tips have never been comfortable. The answer is... it almost met my expectations. The fit in ear is perfect... unless you have long hair (like I do) that gets in the way or you sweat alot. Either of those things exist and you might find yourself trying to catch ear buds at the gym or even outside while taking a walk. I definitely think they're better than previous buds because all but the buds live would fall out of my ear constantly in any situation, even sedentary ones. The buds 3 stay in ear relatively well & sound great despite not having all of the audio capabilities as the pro version. Would recommend for sure.

I only use earbuds when I am stationary, I do not walk the street with earbuds on, I want to be aware of my surroundings. They are not good if you are going to use them in the gym or when running but, the Buds 2 were also not good when exercising. Every upgrade Galaxy Buds has is an approvement.

Simply because compare and contrasting the Galaxy Buds Pro w..ith the Galaxy Buds 3. The only thing i've seen different is the earbud sizes. Even though that doesn't seem that huge of a deal, it's definitely a deal breaker for me, because I do a lot of movement with my headphones and I don't have changeable sizes.They're gonna fall out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot left to be desired Have had for a few days. Overall design is very nice, they are mostly comfortable for short term listening, start to hurt with prolonged wear. The features advertised really only apply to current and new generation flagship. I'm using an S21 FE and overall my experience has been less than favorable. Features I use daily on my buds 2 are not available such as ambient noise mode. Having a single driver in the headphone leaves a lot to be desired, very mid and low on the sound quality, the highs get washed out while using the dynamic sound mode. The touch sensor on the stem takes some time to get used to. The AI features are only (to my knowledge) available on S23 and above models.

After watching the unpacked event I immediately placed a pre-order because this is the first Galaxy buds that are not fully in ear design. I have been using airpods 3 but unfortunately all of the exclusive features are not functional on any galaxy devices. The galaxy AI really impressed me, it will translate foreign language to your language immediately. The sound quality is better than airpods 3 and come some of the features that the airpods 3 doesn't have, such as slide to volume up and down, noice cancelling. Overall, if you don't like the fully in ear Galaxy buds, this is a pretty good choice!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy buds 3 These buds are beautiful to the eyes but lack in sound, music sounds muffled at times and the stem is a bit small for big hands if you're trying to change songs or pause music. The book says rotate until it fits just right but if it's rotated too much the sound isn't all there. The mic is decent every now and then you have to re-adjust so that you're heard when talking. I have the 3 pros ordered hopefully those are different from these. On a scale of 1-10 these I would say land on a solid 6.5

I haven't figured out how to work galaxy ai yet unless it's the cool feature of telling it to pause music. Then it's pretty fun to use!

The ANC is far better than apples airpods. There is still room for improvement with the physical shape so it's fits the ear better, but overall a good product.

However, the buds are very slippery and difficult to take out of the case. The buds are also large and put pressure on my ear and is very difficult to find a good position as well as sound. The touch control is very sensitive and since the buds are difficult to pick up, you have to grab them by the legs which will accidentally execute a pause or volume change. I got a pre-order discount but would not get this at regular price.

The volume is loud, one bud had crackle,pop noises, when that happened the other one volume went lower. Very poor quality. Now when I tried to order a new pair, Samsung won't offer the same discount.

Translation is a breeze for sure and the battery life is great! I personally can't wear them longer than 2 or 3 hours straight. Besides that I love them. The sound quality could very well be amazing but I couldn't actually use them. No way to modify them to work with me. Pay so much to now have hearing aids that are going to be repaired. I am a very careful person and I rarely used them, really a disappointment.

Its hard to put the earbuds in unless you are looking at it. would have been nice to have a speaker on the case for find my buds. The earbuds. The fit is fine, as I was looking for something for work that I could hear my surrounding's without a silicone tip. Having a Samsung device makes pairing instant. No UWB would be nice for finding buds. The sound is very nice no complaints. However they are very slippery, and findinding the spot to change tracks is difficult. I will keep these and hope Samsung will pay attention to the comments and the next generation will be better

I've seen Samsung at their worse and their best and I've got to say the companies gone a long way since the day they started until today with the Buds 3. The Buds 3 have a great sound and feedback sound and they have been insanely responsive but the only issue I've had with them is battery. They last enought but I feel that it could be better. The controls are a little strange as well with the pinching but maybe its just that I have to get used to it but overall they are a good set of buds and I cannot wait for my Buds 3 pro to show up

It is pretty sad what Samsung has become, I waited three weeks to receive the headset and they were late, once I got them to be super honest they felt cheap compared to other brands for the price, and the sound was not outstanding at all as they promised, you have to play with the settings to make them sound better, the pathetic part was that once I had to charge them one of them didn't hold charge, so I got a hold of Samsung support to get a replacement where they denied me a replacement and on top of that I had to pay full price to reorder instead of what I originally spent. The agent ended up dropping the call so I'm done with Samsung

While I appreciated the Buds Live open ear style, I like the Buds 3 blade design much better. They're much more comfortable in the ear for long term wear. The audio quality in and out is also exceptional! People on the phone with me can't hear any background noise, and say they can hear me quite clearly in noisy environments. These Buds are awesome!

I've had the standard buds, the buds live, and the buds pro, and these have become my new go to buds. While I love the pro version, I do get some ear fatigue wearing tips in my ear for too long. These new "open ear" design are incredibly comfortable and I can essentially keep these in my ear as long as I want without any issues. I was concerned that I may lose some volume or sound quality without the seal in my ear, but these have a fantastic sound and get plenty loud enough for any environment. Interestingly, the ANC actually works though it's not perfect. The physical limitations of noise getting into an unsealed ear keeps the ANC from perfection but these dona really good job of reducing a lot of background noise. The pinch function on the stems is great as well and becomes second nature to use. I couldn't be more impressed with Samsung's newest buds product!

The rubber ear pieces that most ear buds have don't play nice with my ears. Everything I've tried ALWAYS fall out and it's extremely aggravating. These stay comfortably in my ears and stay in. The noise control is basically non existent in any situation other than a 99% silent room. They crack and pop if there's any noises that need to be controlled. I am returning them ASAP. Total junk.

Also, the swipe control is nice. I absolutely love the AI feature and the voice control in these. Overall, great improvement for a significant upgrade.

When I got them and open them up I found them to be incredibly easy to use out of the box and unbelievably simple to connect to my phone and other devices. I've had them in my ear and have been able to hear important sounds without having to adjust my earbud level. These are by far the best Samsung earbuds to date. Way to go samsung!

Easy to change the ear tips, with the stems it's easier to put in your ears, easier to control and more responsive than my buds 2 pro. Sound quality for both media and calls is hands down the best I've found yet! The AI features with voice control and translation helps me at work. The only bad thing I can say is I pre-ordered mine and did not get the case that I thought would come with the pre-ordered status. Great job Samsung an exceptionally great value for the money!

They sound great when they work and phone calls can be heard clearly from the receiving end. My problem is that my right earbud stopped working and won't connect. I've done all the usual trouble shooting and will return these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Sound and Decent Noise Cancellation I just picked up the Samsung Galaxy Buds3, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The sound quality is fantastic. It feels like Im getting the kind of audio you'd expect from much bigger, bulkier headphones. What's even more surprising is the noise cancellation. These earbuds don’t block your ear canal, yet they do a great job of tuning out background noise. The quality of noise cancellation can heavily depend on how well you adjust the earbuds in your ear, but it can even be tuned in the Wear app settings to work when you use only one earbud :) It’s not perfect (you can’t expect perfection from this type of earbuds), but it’s better than I thought it would be. I also tried out the Galaxy AI Interpreter feature, which is pretty cool. It does a good job with translations, though I wish it supported more languages - Ukrainian would be awesome! All in all, the Galaxy Buds3 offer incredible sound and decent noise-cancelling performance in a sleek, comfy package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bud above I was a bit leery about the shape of the new buds because I am used to the Galaxy but to Pro. I was pleasantly surprised by the Aesthetics when I received them. Sturdy, light, appealing and comfortable. After a getting used to them the comfort and sound are incredible. They pair beautifully with my Galaxy s24 and what I really love is the Galaxy AI allows me to converse with my friends who speak Spanish flawlessly!

Never had a problem with any other buds in the past. Highly disappointed. I'm not even going to bother returning them, I'll just order the Bud 3 Pro and call it a day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds Amazing, Fit Needs Work I got the new Galaxy Bud3 Pros and if this was about sound only, I would be raving. Unfortunately, the fit isn't that great. Granted, I do have smaller ears for an adult but I can't keep the left one in my ear to save myself. I have tried various different size covers and none of them work. When I check the fit, it says the fit is good but less than a minute later, it just drops out of my ear! Really disappointed that they don't stay in because the audio quality is truly amazing.

After buds live, every ear buds cause me ear rash. But I still believe you guys and bought buds3. So far, it's great. There was a few reason that I bought this ear buds. 1. Galaxy AI : My boyfriend only can speak English. And my mom only can speak Korean. I always wanted them to chat each other. Thanks to IA they can do conversation !! 2. Open ear buds : like I mention on the top, I like open ear buds. I liked the Live one a lot. And this one is extremely comfy I didn't even feel like I'm wearing ear buds. But there is a few thing that I didn't like about this device. 1. It's hard to put the buds back in the case : the ear buds have to store backwards. This is annoying. 2. Device color : I know samsung has been made there device with there unique color so far. But this device only have a few choice. And I heard a lot of QC issue in White one in Korea. So, silver was the only option that I can take. Overall, I like this buds and probably use until the new open buds is come out.

I have had countless different earbuds over my 50 years of life. I have tried beats, raycon JBL, Bose, Sony, Jabra, birds, mpow, etc. some died and some I lost. Everything about the galaxy pro buds that just hits me right. Obviously the sound quality is excellent, but ANC is superior! Just make sure your choice of size of tips are snug. It really make a big difference. I just got my hands on the Galaxy buds 3 pro and I am in heaven. Amazing sound quality and amazing active noise canceling. Couldn't be happier!

Finally, I stepped on my right one. Going back to my old buds live, they fit perfect, never fell out and the audio is far superior. The buds live actually have bass. I decided to upgrade because samsung finally made a bud that doesn't go into my ear canal, biggest mistake. The shape of the buds3 looks and feels weird. They aren't the worst but aren't the best either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trash They worked for about a week then I started experiencing a loud screeching noise out of the right earbud,I called it in and was sent to the nearest service center which was over 45 miles away. I knew there was going to be and issue when the service tech laughed and said he had a box of defective ones that there was no fixing the problem, then to top it off unaware there was only a 15 day return policy after taking over a week to get here Samsung told me basically I was stuck with them. Do not purchase this product Samsung week leave to holding the bag when no help. Very disappointed all of my products are Samsung, never again well they get any of my money.

My disappointment stems from the fact that battery life is worst than the bud pro 2,I am only getting 4 1/2 hours of battery life from these also when the light feature is on sound get choppy and gets much much worst if you walk away from your phone with the buds in your ear ,calls and listening to music gets so bad and you get alot of distortion and noise from buds and last but maybe not least operation distance is way shorter so that means I can't walk as far away from my phone while in use because call drops not as good as pro 2

I find it ridiculous that I'd have to buy extra accessories to make this expensive product work. I looked at everything online and there's no real solution. I feel like they should of made them smaller to fit a women's ear.

I switched to the Bud3 recently and am impressed. It's my first pair, which is odd seeing as how I have had Samsung phones since the beginning, and testify for about 20 years. No other brands in-between, why mess with excellence? Anyway, the Bud3 hit the triple from deep. Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OH, NO, NO, NO! So, I decided to trade in my old Samsung Pro 2's for the Buds 3, which was a terrible decision. The connectivity drops way too much, and the fitting is less than subpar. Although waterproof, it's almost impossible to keep them in your ears when they get wet. I suggest that you spend a little more on the Buds 3 Pro they have an earpiece cover, so it may provide a better fit. i think I'll go back to the old design until they work out the kinks.

The Pro3 buds are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING compared to the Pro2 buds in every category. I mean every category. As an EMS Responder there are times I need to call the hospital under NOISY conditions. The Pro2 buds couldn't handle it. The Pro3 buds handled the call flawlessly. Keep in mind l have to call a connecting ctr first(All calls are recorded)who passes my call to the receiving hospital. The Pro3 was flawless. I was like....WOW these are a keeper just from that experience. Voice controls excellent. Once I practiced with the hand control features no problem. Samsung has improved the Pro series buds beyond my expectations. If you're still wondering...buy them.

I am unsure how you are supposed to adjust the fit when it is one size fits all. This may have been for the Active Noise Cancellation, however, since I have not had an opportunity to test this, I cannot really speak on that. The Adaptive Equalizer with AI, I assume this process happens over time and adjusts to how you wear the Ear Buds. The translations could be nice to try out, I am unsure how this affects privacy since many who speak in another language do so because the do not want those around them hearing what they are saying. Overall it will be nice to see how the ear buds are over time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound but bad style When I got the nee Buds 3, I was excited because I heard the quality compared to the Buds 2 would be night and day. When I powered them on, the sound quality was significantly better all around. I was very pleased with the sound quality. However, I was not pleased at all with how they stay in the ear. Over time as I start to sweat and move around, they continually fall out of my ears. The sound canceling is amazing and cancels ambient noises so I can focus on what I am listening to, but if there's traffic or heavy equipment moving around me, I can still hear it no problem. The biggest downside to these Buds is that they don't stay in my ears when I need them to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound But Bad Design First, They are SLICK! the first time trying to wear them I must've dropped 1 or the other at least twice due to their smooth finish. Second, the controls are awkward. I'm having a hard time getting used to squeeze slide click motion to change the volume or track. Third, They don't stay in my ears. I don't know if its due to my ear size or the slickness of the earphone. Ive almost lost them a couple times since purchasing them. Those are the negatives. On the positive side, They have awesome sound. The battery life is great as well. I also like the fact that you can give voice commands through them which negates the awkwardness of the actual touch controls. Overall They are a solid 3/5.

The microphone is the best on the market, even compared to airpods. The only thing that could be improved is the style in my opinion. Overall these earbuds are a very solid choice if your looking a great experience!

Love the sound but hate the make of them,.it's bulky, they do not fit in your ear or anything they just go in and fall right back out...it's really really bad make and model of these....I really really wish I could give them back and it's only been 2 days. I hate these ..worst 200 I have ever spent ...I have to wear a bandana or a sweat band just to keep them in my ear...this is a bad model ...I am severely disappointed

I use earbuds every morning for my walks around the pond and throughout the day. I use it to tone out the world and focus within. I've tried the AI feature but still have some things to figure out, I have the new Samsung 24plus. I kept reading that only the pro has the ai translation features on them. Hope it's on these also!. Phone calls are precise and clear. I was at an LSU football game and someone told me they couldn't tell I was at the game!. Sweet!

I love these headphones, they are the best I have tried, I have tried thousands of thousands of headphones and they all bothered me after a while of use, and the ones with pads hurt my head because it is like having a plug in my ear, and I could not use them for a long time, but these headphones are great, the best of the best, I can use them all day !! and if we talk about their design they are absolutely incredible, a very elegant and sober design and if we talk about their sound, wow, it is an extraordinary surround sound, it is difficult to explain how incredible it sounds, it is much better than a 4k movie theater, much better !!!! it is the best I have ever tried.

When using these for calls, people say they can't hear me or I sound far away. Because of these shortcomings, I have gone back to the wire, I didn't know I missed them soo much. So for calls (wired) music,videos (live/Fe). I get scared when I misplace the wired,live or FEs. If I loose my buds3;oh well,goodbye!!

I also enjoy the different fits they offer in different versions of the galaxy buds as the gummy inserts never worked for me. Also, I love the translation ability from Galaxy AI, it makes understanding different languages much easier as I live in an area where there are multiple languages and dialects. Overall, a great product.

When I try to adjust them I seem to press the button that stops my music so I have to press the button again to turn it back on. I wish they had the ability to put a grip on them somehow or add earbuds to them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I've had these for about 2 months now and I've had 4 or 5 different samsung earbuds including multiple pairs of buds live (I love those things). I was hopeful about what they could do with this form factor but have been very disappointed. The fit is not good, if I turn my head too fast they fall out. I cannot do anything rigorous with them in. Beyond that, the controls on the stems are nearly useless, aside from play/pause every other function is either hard to do or makes the buds fall out. They work, they connect seamlessly but I'll probably just give them to my kids.

I have been rocking the Samsung beans for years due to their open design. And these new buds are exactly what I have been looking for all these years since the beans! And so many upgrades from my previous buds that I don't know how I lived without them. Besides the sound being at least five times better than the beans (which had very good sound to begin with). These voice commands and pinch commands are SO much better than the constant accidental pauses and changing of songs on the beans. And sliding up and down on the shafts for volume works great! Put this with the noise cancelation, even without tips, is amazing in any environment. And then use these buds 3 with all the AI features my Fold 6 has and I'll never go back to any ecosystem if Samsung keeps this up!

These earbuds sucked from the fitment, to the fake "noise cancelation", to the constant having to adjust them every 40 seconds, to the ridiculous lack of features compared to the Pro 3 model. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for Pro's, or just skip these altogether.

I had the Buds 2, but never liked the in-ear feel, so when I saw these, I jumped on a chance to trade up to the newer version. The Buds 3 are an open-type earbud, a lot like the old AirPods. They are easy to put in and for an earbud, I think they sound great. I've only had them for a week or two but I have not had a problem with them falling out of my ears while on a walk. I have not used them for a phone call yet, but I have no doubt they will perform well.

They don't stay in place causing the sound quality to be severely diminished. One of the buds stopped charging and the only option care gave me was to travel to another state to have an expert look at them. The new touch controls are a huge win for Samsung however the over all poor experience so far eclipses any win that the touch controls put up.

I have a friend that had to return his buds because his left earbud would not charge at all. It's a shame because I like the sound and fit on these headphones. But the hassle I have to go through in order to get my buds to charge is a real pain the the you know what.

I was fine with the buds in but the new ones hangs out the ear is much more comfortable. I don't fear them falling out accidentally either. The sound quality is just as great and in many ways better because of the it contends with ambient noise. The comfort and quality of sound allows me to wear them for hours, around the house and at work. Shhh, my boss doesn't know. The only thing I wish was easier was the touch control. This might be different in the Pro version. Overall, these are great win for Samsung and me!

It will break internally if you happen to drop it. The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is way more solid, I drop it many times and nothing happen. One more thing make sure you provide an valid email address. If not then you will have a hugh problem of getting refund or credit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are Garbage I am going to rant about this horrible product. And samsungs stupid process to have them worked on when they are defective OUT THE BOX. I'll try to keep it short. Purchased the buds at the end of September from best buy, they worked fine out of the box with my minimal usage periods for about a week until I realize the case wouldn't charge. No big deal, swapped the charging cables multiple times, still no charge. Okay well the buds still had a decent charge on them so I'd use them here and there and one time I somehow managed to get the case to charge, I thought after I factory reset them it ironed out a software bug and all was good. Until about another week later when the same issue happened again, case won't charge. Well by that point it was the 15th day so bestbuy wouldn't take them back due to their return policy. Now I have to try the warranty. Samsung wont accept warranty claims without a technician verifying first. BUT NO UBREAKIFIX PLACES AROUND ME WORK ON THE BUDS. 4 iterations of calling samsung later and I finally get them to mail off my buds for warranty claim. One week later they tell me that my warranty is void due to evidence of water damage. I barely used the things and yet somehow there's water damage on them? Of course no one at samsung is gonna believe that story. But here I am 300 dollars deep into a product that I barely used, that hasn't worked since the moment I got them. And samsung wants me to pay an additional 170 to repair them. Not happening. So after arguing with support for a minute they're mailing me back the broken buds. But it is now my personal mission to find every possible product page for these earbuds and leave this one star review. I'm going to constantly call in about this issue until one of two things happen: mail me out new buds, or fix the ones I have. Not even asking for a refund. Every single device in my house is samsung smh.

They will produce a high-pitched scratchy sound of you are too close to something loud. Like a lawn mower or an air compressor. My buds pro 2 didn't have this issue. I can't say they are much better than the pro 2 but they do fit better.

I swapped to them from my outdated Galaxy Buds Live. I can tell you it was a great choice. The difference was unbelievable. Hope this helps anyone debating weather or not to get the new Galaxy AI powered Buds 3
