Things I Liked: The Built-in Translator
It has a built in translator. Nice storage and a little small (because previous phone was bigger) but that also meant it was pocket sized! Nice camera zoom, touch sensitivity, and reactive.

Can't use.
Too small, lacks features. can't return. I only had 15 days according to my information. It is sitting on my desk in the original box. Unused. I am using the S24 Ultra that I ordered later.

Phone without all the carrier's add-on apps.
Buying a new phone through Samsung was very convenient. I was able to order online and pickup within a few hours of my purchase. They gave me most value for the trade-in of my old Samsung phone and it was instant. The trade-in process went smoothly with frequent updates. Best of all, the new phone came without the carrier's add-on apps.

Not easy to adapt from Flip phone to New Galaxy ph
This was my first phone having switched from flip phone (Tracfone) I found it difficult to use, and have not found it easy to text, receive messages, use apps.

A Great Upgrade
This is a great phone. I feel as if I am holding my home.pc in the palm of my hands. However, it is small. I upgraded from a note 8s and was shocked at the size of the s24. Other than that, it's a great phone.

Phone got over heated
Sorry but I had to return this phone back as even initially when I was charging it for the first time out of box. It got overheated. I had a phone previously and also was overheated and then finally it died. I didn't like any phone that gets overheated. Thank you for asking my review.

Easier To Upgrade A Phone Yourself Than You Know
Past experience having an upgrade done at a phone store always lost my contacts, pics, and everything else. This upgrade was from an S21 to an S24. This is the second Samsung phone I've upgraded to myself. Only 4 steps: 1) Backup your entire phone to a computer. 2) Transfer all your contacts, pics, settings, etc to your new phone following the instructions. 3) Reset the old phone to factory settings. 4) Enjoy your new Samsung Galaxy.

Worthy purchas
It is literally the same as a galaxy S23+ don't need to upgrade, if you really don't need to. I didn't need to upgrade but hey life is full of regrets.

Fast response and great screen.
Replaced my S10 with this S24 because the S10 battery life was getting short. Big improvement in speed and much better screen even though marginally larger screen than S10. No operational quirks noted. Migration from S10 using Samsung software was nearly flawless. However compared to the S10, this phone feels "clunky" as it does not have the sleek rounded edges and is thicker than the S10. The S-View cover for this phone is not nearly as nice as the one on my S10.

Where is the doc?
Wife and I both upgraded from our S8's. Phone is very nice but the documentation is terrible. Nothing in the box to identify the buttons, holes or other things on the phone.
