The only downside is the battery life, I need to have the brightness turned most the way down for it to last 24 hours when I turn it mostly up it lasts around 6.

Had a Fitbit versa that can go without charging for 3-4 days, it was a shock to see Samsung watch needed to be charged everyday. Some watch features like ECG and Blood pressure needs a Samsung phone and is not available for other Android phones. I don't understand this restriction. Why not open it up for all android phones?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Smart Watch, I Wear It Every Day! I bought this watch when it was released as it seemed like a good deal and I was interested in using it to track my fitness. I am very pleased with this product, it is perfect for tracking swimming exercises. It feels comfortable on the wrist, which I was worried about because my wrists are really small. It is a great way to stay on top of my steps and activity levels and keeps me in the loop at work when I don't want to be staring at my phone during meetings. Really great product. My only complaint is that sometimes connecting the Bluetooth headphones can be a not completely streamlined connection, it isn't as easy as with my phone, but it isn't a deal breaker, just takes and extra second to ensure it is connected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite thing about my watch...it's PINK I thought trading my watch 4 for the watch 5 would be a step up, but boy was I wrong. The battery on the watch 5 is still TERRIBLE and I'm not notified of my messages on my watch; although I've done EVERYTHING that was suggested to me. Customer service is horrible...I get hung up on at least 3 times each call. When I finally get someone, I'm told the same things that I already did. Samsung has not done a good job with these watches...maybe they were rushed. I would NOT recommend Samsung watches to anyone.

The battery can be a problem but it will alert you so you can turn on battery saving. I'm still learning, and watch faces can be a real drain, I guess.

Being a beginner with the watch, this is my first, I've been a bit frustrated with the learning curve but I'm getting it with time and I'm hoping it gets easier and easier. Wish I could have gotten the rose gold woth the purple or violet band but was unable. That would have made it perfect for me. Getting it set up with metro was super difficult when I set up my son's but after I figured his out it was easy to do mine bc I knew what to do but it was really a whole mission to do so. In that sense the design of that was ridiculous.
