Love the rotating crown. Battery lasts all day and the software is fast and responsive. Only major complaint is that the watch is heavier much heavier than it should be.

Let me preface this by saying that I have been a non-Android user forever. I was fortunate enough to be able to get this watch (which I only did because my company phone is Android). I must say that I truly love this watch. The endless customization capabilities is what hooked me instantly. The rotating bezel makes navigation a breeze and the battery life is amazing (when you still have plenty of charge after a day of constant notifications from the group chat, you know you’re ready to power through any day). If you are an Android user, this is the perfect compliment to your device. If you’re a non-Android user, I challenge you to go to the store and demo this watch or test out a friend's (if they have one), just be sure to leave your browser on Samsung’s website because you’ll be wanting to order yours right after.

Watch6 Classic is worth it!
Really pleased with my Watch6 Classic. Great features, including to rotating dial on the face, similar to the Watch4, which i had for several years. Really good battery life as well! The ordering process & trade in amount for my Watch4 made it even more appealing. I'd recommend this Watch6 assic!

Classic Watch that suits my personal needs
So far, I've really enjoyed my Watch6. I don't necessarily use it for all the smartwatch features and apps, but I've used it in conjunction with Samsung Health, and so far it's been great. The band that comes with isn't super comfortable, but obviously I can buy another to replace it. Classic in appearance, no frills. Some people complain about battery life; I haven't really experienced that. I don't keep my screen on all day. Also, when I know I'll be sitting for a length of time, I'll charge it then. Super easy.

Galaxy Watch 6 Classic
The watch is really nice, sleek and comfortable. It is a little heavy on the wrist at first, but after wearing it for a few days I got used to it. I've already gotten compliments about it. I like the rotating bezel and the ability to have a camera preview. The battery does drain fast with any of activity tracking and GPS, but I can manage to get two-ish days out of the watch nonetheless.

samsung customer service stinks. for no good reason they only sell this watch with a small band and don't stock larger ones. after arguing with customer service by chat and phone i was so frustrated that I returned the watch without trying it. will never buy from samsung again.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service exp
Purchased 2 months ago, first one I had to send back and they sent a new one because the battery got worse and worse until I only got 5 hours from 1 charge after only a week. Now the replacement I can't even turn on because the display goes absolutely crazy. I've bought Samsung for years but this watch may just be the end of it I'm so disappointed. I wanted to love it, I never had issues with the previous models.

Good upgrade from Galaxy Active Watch 3
Upgraded from a Galaxy Active Watch 3. Love almost everything about this new watch. It's a little slow at updating the fitness tracking, and has to be shaken or poked to respond. But it's otherwise been a great upgrade. And the battery life is excellent - at the end of the day, I still have nearly 50% battery life left. Also, as an adult male, I find the 43 mm size to be perfectly fine - the 47 mm size would have been overkill.

Didn't live up to expectations
I was excited about the features listed for this product. Out of the box, the watch band was too small. I could not wear it above my wrist as suggested, and my wrist is not large for a man. Turns out that if you want to use the features available, the battery will not last through the day. I had to turn off any detection of exercise events and make them all manual. The biggest issue is in fall detection. I had my watch in my swim bag and dropped it on the seat when I got in the car after swimming. Next thing I know, my phone is calling 911. At least the watch should be able to detect if I am wearing it and provide that as an option for when to enable sos calling. I now have my watch set to a minimum of features so it will do the one thing we bought it for and still make it through the day.

I love this watch. The size and the features are just awesome. I just bought the ultra, but before I send this one back I am going to try the ultra first and see which one I want to keep because I love this one that much. The battery lasts all day and at times I forgot to charge it and used it for another day. I live in the Sunshine State and the screen has to be very bright for me to see it and the battery still lasts that long.

Traded my original Galaxy watch in for this as it was suppose to have a 40 hr battery life. Owned it for 4 days and although I fully charged it before wearing it, the battery did not last 10 hours. Sent it back and am crossing my fingers my old watch will get returned.

Great watch, terrible battery life. The features and learning curve are great. Love the watch. But it needs to charge daily. Even after adjusting settings and switching to power save mode, still charge every day and a half to two days. Unacceptable for such an expensive product.

A fine watch (with an asterisk)
There are many elements of the Watch6 that I really like in comparison to my older Galaxy Watch4 Classic, including the slightly larger face that makes reading everything a lot easier and the smoother turning bezel.
I also like the easier watch band connect/disconnect single button vs trying to get each end of the band pins engaged in the watch body holes.
I rated the 6 only 4 out of 5 starts for two reasons:
One, the ECG function would not work on my watch no matter how I followed the set-up directions. It took two calls to Samsung support to find an individual who was able to get it functioning by basically factory resetting the watch and then downloading all of the software again.
Two: while using the Golf exercise function, the watch totally froze up after about two hours into my game. No sequence of button pressing or access via my phone would un-freeze the watch. I was finally able to get it to respond by putting it on the Samsung charger (even though it still had more than 60% of its battery power at the time) and somehow that virtually immediately unlocked the watch and all functions.
These two issues that occurred within the first two weeks of ownership have made me a bit wary of the new Watch6 but hopeful that they were the only glitches it will have.

Trade in with no issues
I replaced my 4 classic for this 6 classic using the trade in program with no issues. This watch it's pretty much the same as the 4 with a bit bigger screen. I find myself connecting it to the charger everyday as i was doing with the 4.

Near impossible setup. Will not buy Samsung again.
Impossible to setup without the "correct" cell phone. My son's Android cell wasn't compatible with the app, there is no PC software. I we were able to get it setup with my wife's phone, but it is WAY more complicated than it should be, primarily b/c Samsung wants to weave itself into every aspect of your digital life, presumably for data harvesting.
