Quality Soundbar
I recently purchased a new cd that has a really bad speakers compared to the older one i have before . After a lot of inquiries I made the final choice to go with this compact sound bar, and it really gave me the best sound i want in my living room. Specifically it has a little tiny footprint but the sub bass is really majestic for its little size.I connected it to my cd , and i can adjust the volume with the tv remote and the samsung. And i also set up the SmartThings for full control of UI and graphic EQ control.so i highly recommended it to others the sound is on another dimension.

Small footprint, big sound!
Compact, but big sound. Much better than the speakers that come built into the TV. The bass is very impressive for the esoze of the system. I'm very happy with my purchase

I Love This Product
I was skepticle at first because of the price and what it promised. But this has lived up to everything it claimed and more. This is one of the most loud, clear sounding devises I have ever owned. I have it in conjunction to the speakers and when I play a movie with them, it sounds like they are in the room with you.. I definitely have and will recommend this product to anyone looking for a great sound system. Way to go Samsung 5 stars!!

False labeling, inexcusably poor service.
Description states compatible with 2020-2024 TVs. Using with 2020 Frame TV. Audio cuts out. Contacted support. Was told I needed to update by flash drive. which I did. Still doesn’t work. Audio cuts out.

Great sound to go with a great picture.
We recently purchased a new Samsung tv, and I splurged on this compact soundbar. I'm very glad I did! It was pretty easy to connect and then use the q-symphony setting to sync with the tv. The dialog on the shows we watch is much more clear with this soundbar! It has only been a few days, but I am hopeful we will not have to use captioning any longer to be able to follow the dialog. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

All in one Soundbar
This soundbar stands up to its name. No need of a separate additional speakers. And saves space too. For its price and size, it packs a punch when it comes to sound quality with clear and crisp dialouges and crystal clear music. Highly recommended.

Excellent Sound!
I have mine connected to my Samsung tv via the optical audio connection. Works perfect and the added subwoofer and surround speakers make it a true surround sound experience!

Samsung is overrated
Soundbar will not sync correctly with my samsung TV. In settings it says Q symphony is connected but sound is only coming out of soundbar. I also get no help from samsung. I only had it for two days, I'm going to return it tomorrow.

Soundbar was easy to connect but pairing Alexa speakers were not. I ended up returning the soundbar after 3 weeks of frustration. Nice simple if only using soundbar and the sound was great.

Somehow over-engineered and under-engineered.
Junk like the rest of Samsung’s audio products. Bought two Samsung Frames and assumed getting Samsung soundbars would improve compatibility but boy was I wrong. These things are constantly requiring hard resets, one won’t connect via WiFi so the Q-Symphony feature is useless, and Samsung’s tech support is utterly clueless beyond asking you to perform the same resets for an hour. I’ll never buy a Samsung audio product again; hopefully this review can save one person from having to deal with it.
