Let me control the TV, this does what it wants to do. Hook up a PlayStation, goes to Samsung stupid gaming program. you are not in control of your won device. hook anything, here he is Samsung tv. turn it on, here Samsung something that no one ask for and no one wants. can i please tell it what to do and not the other way around. I'm going to break this tv, I already know. Plus, the quality is not that good either picture or options suck. buy yourself a Sony or something.

Samsung has always been my go to brand. I have never had a issue with any of there products and I will definitely keep them as my brand for everything.

Disappointed with Samsung Q60D 32"
I recently purchased the Samsung Q60D 32" TV, hoping for a premium viewing experience. However, I was thoroughly disappointed due to one glaring flaw: the noticeable borders around the screen. These borders detract significantly from the overall aesthetic and viewing immersion.
In comparison, I had the opportunity to see the LG LR65 32" AI Smart HD TV in action during a visit to Best Buy. The borderless design of the LG LR65 instantly caught my attention, providing a sleek and modern look that enhances the viewing experience. Samsung should take notes from LG's 2024 model, as the borderless design truly elevates the TV's appearance and makes for a more immersive viewing experience.
While the Samsung Q60D 32" may boast impressive features, such as picture quality and smart capabilities, the presence of borders undermines its appeal. In today's market, where consumers prioritize sleek and minimalist designs, Samsung's failure to deliver a borderless option in the 32" size is disappointing.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Samsung Q60D 32" due to its outdated design choice. For those seeking a modern and immersive viewing experience, I highly recommend considering the LG LR65 32" AI Smart HD TV with its borderless design, WebOS, ThinQ AI, Resolution Upscaler, and HDR10 support. It's a true standout in the crowded TV market.

Great TV works amazing
I didn't realize a TV could be this good. So far I love it, I've always liked the Samsung brand, (the tv this one replaced was a Samsung, the last few phones have been.). The picture is amazing, the plug n play is great. So many features!! I've had it a for 20 days and haven't used all the functions yet, but I love that they're there.

Love the software and picture!
Picture is crisp and the software is awesome. Only one cable running to the tv for power and that's it. WiFi works great !

I'm not 100% sure about this TV.
I have a 2014 model Samsung Smart TV that has just slowed down so I bought this as an upgrade and I am kind of disappointed. It doesn't have some of the settings or features my 10 year old TV does.
The Cons:
Limited picture settings, and sound settings, no turn screen off, remote is very basic and there are no number buttons, and is quite small and would be easy to lose, no way to check the battery level other than on the settings in the tv. The setup was way too involved, wanted more info than should be necessary.
Can't delete channels you don't want. My old tv has that option.
Pros: There are A LOT of cool new things to watch. Youtube videos load so fast and smoothly, even at higher resolutions, 1080p and 1440. It doesn't lag or need to buffer. My old tv I couldn't watch any video higher than in 480. So that is a nice change.
The 4K resolution is really bright and vibrant. The sound is pretty good.
Overall its a pretty nice tv.

A great upgrade
The Tv arrived well packaged and right out of the box it was ready to setup, the setup was easy, I just had to connect it via Wi Fi and after the updates I was able to use it.
The picture looks amazing, vivid colors, the contrast is also great.
I like the operating system, it is easy to use, this is not my first Samsung TV and I do not think it will be my last becase of the system that it uses.
The apps are easy to look for and use, I do not need anything else, it works alone,
As for the Gaming Hub, it keeps my family entertained with different games without a gaming console so we really like that as well.
I like the size it is in a shared room so everyone can enjoy.
Overall it is another great TV from Samsung, from the picture to the apps and how fast it is on everything,

Poor video quality
Bought May 10,2024 from Best Buy and not satisfied with performance. First Poor grayscale I only can watch with the picture in the dynamic mode the standard and movie and film maker modes are tinted heavily yellow instead of black and white,in monochrome video even with blue control picture settings turned fully, up, also the see color mode has to be in the protopia30 setting to get decent black and white tracking in the dynamic mode I don't have any vision problems so the see color mode and should be off but in off mode picture is heavily tinted green and not adjustable. In the 1970s and early eighties I sold, repaired and set up color tvs and mostly was able to get near perfect grayscale on a black and white i program. In those days color tvs had as many as 20 adjustments, for the CRT picture tube. Today I am quite familiar with Digital tv as I kept up with the technology.

DO NOT BUY - STOPPED WORKING
Do not buy this tv - we bought it less than 3 years ago, barely use it, don't even use it for the art mode and now it's not working. I'm told i can replace the one connect box for $280 before shipping, or just buy a new TV. What a joke. Service department is literally useless and unhelpful. I will not buy a frame tv again.
