Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was my first smart TV I watched streaming apps all the time on it. I had a Roku and Firestick hooked up to it. As well as a keyboard and a 32in soundboard. It also doubled as a second monitor for my Gamer Performance Computer. Some times I would just have the Doppler radar displayed on it. Too bad I didn't have a Samsung smartphone at the time. I plan to get another one eventually and my next gaming computer will have a Samsung monitor. Later, Gary M.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Big Boy Purchase This was one of the first purchases I made after graduating, starting a new job, and moving into my new apartment. The living room of my apartment was a bit bland but with the TV setup I have now, I'm perfectly fine with either option of going out or staying in on the weekends. I have had an issue where one of the pixels goes all red but lightly tapping the back of the TV directly behind the bad pixel seems to fix it whenever it appears. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big, bright, and visually stunning. I meant to buy the 55" one, but this one is perfect. It's large, bright, smooth and connects easily. It's a little complicated to use at first, but once you're used to it, it's great. I want to try using it with Samsung Health workouts, but haven't had the chance to yet.

I on a daily basis I have to unplug the tv to reset it. I pay for Sling and it does not play right at all threw the Samsung tv.

I have recently acquired a new sound bar with 7.1 surround sound capabilities to further enhance our entertainment experience. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to evaluate a higher-end television model in order to provide a comprehensive review and express my professional insights. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed and think I got a lemon I did my research on TVs before buying this Samsung and thought I was getting a good one. But for the price I paid, I'm disappointed. The picture quality is good, sound is just okay. Just after the 1 year mark (i.e. warranty period), the wireless quit working so we had to wire in directly with a LAN connection which was extra work to run cables, etc. The remote control issues have been my biggest headache though. The initial solar model wouldn't charge any more. Using Samsung's own support info, we replaced it with a "regular" one but it's terrible too. Quits responding about every other day, have to put batteries in at least twice a week, and then even with fresh batteries, it freezes and I have to unplug the entire TV to get it to respond again. I've done all the troubleshooting provided and tv has latest firmware. I most likely will not buy another Samsung TV again. My Sony TV that's 3 years older than this works like a champ.

She is hanging right in front of my desk and joins me every morning while I sip my coffee and work. Easy to work with pretty much plug and play. I added my apps via my iPhone and within 5 minutes had all my apps ready to go. When it comes to TV's we are proud to say we are a Samsung Family.

What sold us was seeing the screen displayed while watching a 4k movie in the store. We knew this TV was the choice to make. The colors were very true to life and brilliantly displayed. The TV offered wonderful features within its SMART content and we love the simplistic design of the TV remote. This TV is a great choice.

Easy to setup, lots of options for watching and I love how I can change the picture settings to enhance the genre I'm watching. On the negative side It would be a nice feature if more than one device could be hooked up to Bluetooth at the same time. The other complaint I have is with the audio. I wish the speakers were either not on the sides or had additional speakers in the front as well. For some of us older folks it's harder to hear when the speakers are only on the side, making a soundbar necessary. Sadly I'm currently buried in medical bills so I couldn't afford a Samsung soundbar (I can't wait until I can get one and replace the cheap one I had to buy). Even with that I would still buy this again and recommend it to others.

I was well ready to spend more for what I wanted, but was amazed at what I got at this price point. Is the picture is good as a 3,000 dollar Samsung, no but close! There is a bit of a learning curve, but this will only make you appreciate this TV and what it can do. Very happy! Thank you Samsung!

I like that i can sign in to my Netflix, hulu, Peacock and YouTube without having to download the apps. Great T.V would definitely purchase again

The Smart options with Chive TV included was a great surprise. We have been thoroughly enjoying this TV experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall good unit Had this TV for several mths now. Happy with color,sharpness. Speakers could be a little better, but are adequate. You can use a Arteck HW197 usb keyboard for the web interface. $28.99 on amazon. (9-30-23). Built in bluetooth on the tv is 5.2. If you want a bluetooth keyboard, anything above a 2.1 should work as far as I know. Ver 5.2 is backward compatible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect TV! Minus the remote No doubt about it, the quality of this TV is absolutely amazing! The picture is so vivid and clear. Sunday ticket on this tv is almost too realistic. Incredible! The speakers are basic, but we use a soundbar, so that doesn't really affect much. The remote, however, sucks! To spend that kind of money on a nice TV and have a small, inconvenient remote seems silly to me. The toggle buttons are way too sensitive and small, there is no light up feature (good luck seeing what buttons you are pushing while watching a movie at night) and the remote overall is just so small and slippery (constantly fumbling around with it). Other than that factor, very happy with this purchase!

Hard to set up, you have no controls for tv. you must go on line.. can not control volume but on separate remote. very very hard to operate, and the picture is the worst. I have seen better pics on on old rca. I have 4 Samsungs and this picture rates a 2 ,the others are a 10 wish I could return it.

The only problem I run into frequently is with Netflix failing to load, but other than that, I would recommend this TV for any family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Watch-Horrible Picture I purchased this Q60 50 inch QLED 4K smart TV and it has the worst picture I have ever had - and I have bought Samsung TVs for many years. This Samsung QLED has a slow response time and the picture does not have smooth motion when watching most shows from tv shows to action movies the scenes "drag", judder/studder. This TV has a 60hz refresh rate and it needs to be 120hz! This TV replaced my Samsung LCD that lasted 13 years, and it was a 60hz, but I did not experience the motion issues I am seeing with this QLED. It is almost unwatchable, and live sports the motion drag is horrible!! I tried to see if the picture would improve, and it has not. In addition, the remote control is too small and hard to see the buttons, and the sound is not very good – I have to turn it up to 30+ to hear it clearly.

You will enjoy thenapps and being able to connect to the internet and search on a large screen. It's so easy to connect and put together. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have nothing bad to say... Excellent TV. It was what I expected. The cloud gaming is fantastic, just make sure you have a controller, preferably xbox. The colors are intense and the shading is fantastic. It's not an Oled, but it'll do for now. Poor man's qled.
