Best Samsung I have ever owned.
The Q80D is a Great TV. The 50" is only 60Hz Refresh Rate if you want 120Hz I would go 55" or larger. The picture is great. The first thing I would do is turn off intelligent mode for better picture control. Remote is easy to use and charge. I have been using this TV for a month and it is the best that I have ever had.
It does have a few downsides. The home screen looks nice however even in 2024 the Tizen OS still feels sluggish to me. Speakers are great for a TV this size but if used in a large room, I would suggest a soundbar or Sound System setup as well. Overall I love the TV.

Fantastic TV
I am amazed that Samsung technology advanced so fast.
Open my eyes and I can fully enjoy the nanocrystals for a crisp, clear, like-real TV.
What would be the next generation of TV??? Picosrystals???

Crystal Clarity with Tizen Makes This TV The One
Coming from a 4k UHD, stepping into the QLED was like jumping into the future! The clarity makes you feel as if you're a part of the cast of your favorite shows. Since i have a Samsung phone, set up was super easy. All my apps were sticky installed and digging into my streaming services was very easy. The live TV is reminiscent of tubi or Pluto tv amc you don't have to access the apps to get to your favorite binge channel. 10 out of 10 for this tv. My only regret is not getting a bigger size. ??

Amazing clarity and motion!
I have a friend that purchased this TV. We started playing games and I commented that this TV was amazing. Then we watched the Purdue v. Tennessee in the elite 8 March madness tourneys. I was like man there is zero blur or tracking issues with the ball. The ball actually looked like you could steal it. It was amazing experience. Just go buy it..I will be soon!
