The great thing about this TV are all the apps that it comes with and you can add like Spotify, and not to mention it also comes with Alexa.

Had to have the Geek squad came back and fix the volume. I like the smart features as I can mirror my apple computer slide shows I have composed up on the big screen. Once in a while, it does not work well and is frustrating, but on the whole, when it does work the display is awesome. Need better tutorials online like UTube to help the consumer.

With all the extra software it has though there is no need for a firestick or for a chrome cast. All around amazing TV with great vibrant colors and awesome resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost the best! The QN90A has a vibrant image and with eye wateringly bright HDR. A good UI and almost every feature you could ask for in a modern TV. Movies and TV look fantastic with both SDR and HDR content delivering excellent picture quality. Sadly Dolby Vision support is missing, this turned out to be a much bigger disappointment than I thought it would be prior to purchase. While the blacks aren't as perfect as found on an OLED display the much higher brights are a pretty decent trade off. Gaming with my PS5 or PC is supurb at 4k 120hz. Very disappointed that there is only 1 HDMI 2.1 port to take advantage of it.

I remember watching football and some teams quarterback leg got broken. The settings for the TV are also easy as well. Both TV and internet setting together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV for Gaming and PC I purchased this TV as an alternative to OLED since I mainly use it as a computer monitor and was concerned about burn-in with those. It has great picture quality, almost as good as the OLED that I have. Sound quality is better than most other TVs I’ve had. Two reasons for not rating this higher: 1. While I can game on my Series X at 4K/120, there is only one HDMI that supports it. The others are limited to 4K/60. I would’ve liked to see at least two of the HMDI connections being able to supper the 120 frame rate at 4K. 2. The stand seems pretty solid but I get some wobble when typing. Nothing too bad, definitely not going to return it or anything, but the slightest bump to my desk and it moves. I’ve had others tell me it’s my desk but I’ve had the same desk and different monitors and have never had this issue.

This is our main TV for viewing - we are avid streamers and sports enthusiast - the best thing is everything is upscaled to 4k - everything - set up was a breeze - the color and picture just pop off the screen - this reminds me of when we got our first HD tv back when - the difference from our prior 4k TV is like day and night and that tv (a Samsung) by the way already had a great 4k ultra high def picture - but it did not actively process pictures up like this one - i can highly recommend this TV - it is an upgrade to almost anything else you may compare it too!

After hours and hours of research I chose the QN90A 50” and I am very pleased!The picture is amazing and the blacks are near OLED quality. 120 FPS is amazing on PS5 games. The only issue I have with this model is the remote. I love the rechargeable battery and the ability to charge it with the solar panel on the back. The problem is the lack of buttons. You have one button to call up the menu, source, etc. it is very clunky at times, but not bad enough to deserve 4 star rating. Would recommend the tv

(don't really own any!) but looking at the color display and sharpness of the images I can already visualize that it has to look like something out of this world. Maybe now, it will prod me to buy a game. I have yet to explore all the features my new TV has. It will probably take me to an enhanced new world of possibilities!

The Samsung tv Plus it comes with has actually been pretty entertaining and surprising as I did not even realize it came with it. I mainly use it for games but I do not own any that support 120hz yet so still stuck in 60. Was definitely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV has extreme flickering. the tv arrived and it did not seem like the tv was damaged during transit. upon turning on the tv, after 5 seconds, the tv started blinking like a strobe light. we thought it had something to do with software so we finished installation and did the software update. of course it didn't work so we thought the cable may have been loose or the outlet wasn't good but using a different outlet and replugging the cable didn't work as well. finally i called samsung support who helped me adjust the tv settings which also didnt work. so now i have an appointment booked with a technician by the samsung support person. i don't know if the technician will be able to fix the tv. worst case scenario, i would not like to return and replace the tv since i've never done it before and it seems like a hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, other aspects not so much starting with the good: the picture is really, really good. responsiveness to remote input is fast. apps load quickly and there is a good selection. then the bad: judder. shows like mash and andy griffith have judder that cannot be eliminated. i have tried virtually everything, and i cannot get smooth video on these shows and others. it's not the satellite system - this tv replaced an older 46" samsung tv that had no judder issues with this content. neither does an lg or a 32" samsung. even if i go to maximum judder compensation there is still judder - and soap opera effect, which drives me nuts. there is audio lag as well, when dolby encoding is enabled in the dish receiver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture. Setup was easy, picture looks amazing! Overall I am very happy with the purchase, but there is one ongoing bug that is driving me crazy. Every few days the tv loses network connection, and when I go back in to wifi settings to rejoin the wifi network it appears that the antennae is not working, as it recognizes no networks in the area (there are dozens). Unplugging the TV resolves the issue, although I have to rejoin my wifi each time it happens. I had hoped to rely on the TV interface and get rid of the Roku, but if this keeps happening I will have no choice but to go back to the Roku. Again, other than that the TV has been perfect. Love it.

We can get 30 Ota channels with AN OUTSIDE ANTENNA. PICTUE IS CLEAR AND CRISP. . WE LOVE THE BRITISH shows like Midsummer murders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Four weeks in, two screen problems i’ve had this product for four weeks. two weeks in, the screen started flickering in brightness on startup. would not stop until you restarted the tv 3-4 times. after an hour on the phone with samsung support, the tech remoted into my tv, toggled some advanced settings and the problem was resolved. now, another two weeks later, i have two thin lines appearing vertically and horizontally across the screen at all times. have spoken with customer service twice, and now i am apparently waiting (day 3) for a local technician to contact me to come replace the led panel. for context, prior to this purchase i had been a loyal samsung owner for 10+ years. i will shop lg and sony next time. this has been an exceptionally poor experience for any product, let alone a “premium” tv.

After just one day I realized this was the best purchase over, not only did the PS5 games looked like a movie in front of my eyes. Every movie, YouTube video or series, wow... Just look like the way they are supposed to do!! From the crisp 4K images, the smooth refresh rates to the main surrounding sound the TV itself gives, every second is a reminder of the best experience I have bought. Don't worry about the high price tag, it pays itself after one day of usage!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Vizio all my tvs are (were) vizio's. i bought this 50 inch, and the connectivity is amazing, and the colors pop, especially when i am playing on xbox. i enjoy eating squad; however, after watching a squad documentary on this tv, i think i might not eat squad anymore because of how clear everything is. i like the connectivity so much i just bought my kids a 32 inch and now will be replacing my office tv with a 32" neo qled. i little on the pricey side but so far i think it is worth it.

I have two streaming services for video handled perfectly by the Samsung remote . I also have a music service. Get this set if you want to make your life a whole lot easier . On another note I have been watching movies I had seen before but had not realized I had missed so much because of detail blending into the background .Lastly it is excellent to view your photo collection. My wife sits in the middle and many times I am relegated to a seat 45 degrees to the screen. The picture is still fine in spite of my large windows .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for gaming, not so great for sports bought 65 inch twice. first both panels were busted, with the second having a permant shadow of three circles. bought a 3rd at 75 inch one last time because of the discounts offered from customer service. they offered a $100 gift card and then 10 percent off once i received the tv. the day after i purchased with the gift card, the price went down. they said they would do the price adjustment and then subtract the $100 from that since the $100 gift card became a nullity with the new lower price. they never reimbursed me for the gc. gaming has been a great experience. for viewing soccer, anytime theres quick spanning of the camera, you can see verical lines im assuming are associated with the back lighting. if it wasnt for the sale price on the 75 inch, most likely would have returned.

This makes this set perfect to use with my next gen gaming system and as a secondary screen for video editing and music producing from my computer. It was a no-brainer for me.

I hated to pay this much for a TV, but I have a corner TV that limits the stand size. I replaced an LG with the V-style legs. It seems most new TVs in my size profile continue with those legs, but have moved them closer to the edge. They would all fall off the back of the table. This has a single, heavy, center-mount stand which worked perfectly in my limited space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QN90A 50 inch Have had this tv for three weeks now and it's been a good experience. The intelligent mode is actually good on this tv and it's nice to see how far AI has come. I use the tv for a mix of uses from gaming to satellite TV. It hasn't had any problems with producing a clear beautiful picture. I was worried about the single hdmi 2.1 port but turns out all hdmi ports offer the same settings but only at 60hz and 10 bit. It would be nice if all the ports were the same or if the one connect box was available in the USA. Even if two of the ports were earc/2.1 for connecting more gaming consoles or a soundbar and console would be nice. Even with that I'd still recommend this tv at any size its picture is great the sound is good and I think most people will be satisfied.

Graphics look amazing. Movies and shows look amazing, but it's always to greatest effect when you change the settings to the show/movie. The TV itself has small bezels and is now even thinner. The new remote design is a huge plus. It is slimmer due to its new battery that can either be charged by solar/light source on it's underside or by usb-c. Those new to Samsung should love the minimalist approach. Not bloated by buttons and really easy to use.

We purchased our Samsung primarily for movies (Netflix etc) and it’s “smart” features - Samsung exceeded our expectations -the quality of picture with its vivid colors and sharpness has greatly enhanced our viewing enjoyment! Our family room has extensive natural light which for years hampered our viewing with our earlier TV’s- Problem solved!-Samsung has eliminated the problem. The ease of use of the remote with its one button touch and “voice” function to access Netflix and Prime Video make channel selection quite convenient as is the switch from network to cable shows. We appreciate the “fine tuning” features to fine tune and enhance both the sound and picture. We enjoy our music and video apps ( Soros, Pandora, Utube etc) as well as BlueRay videos- Wow!- Simple and enjoyable in every way! We chose the Samsung over Sony, LG and others. A great choice!

The gaming experience is an amazing feature and the vibrant colors and picture quality are best in class!! Watching movies and streaming shows are also a plus!! I can't remember when the last time I had a tv that was able to switch between gaming mode to movie quality!!

The connectivity between my t.v. and other Samsung products is probably my favorite feature. Being able to use my smartphone so effortlessly with my television is an amazing experience and very convenient. When streaming a movie on this device I feel as if we could reach out and feel the ocean on the show that we were watching!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Not good for off dead-center viewing. Picture quality needs manual setting of brightness. It seems that streaming and television viewing require a manual change from Standard to Movie, etc. Not able to remove apps we do not use nor want. Quick start brochure showed a part that was not used or needed. Frustrating. Always comes up with the option bar at the bottom. Would prefer full screen Tv mode. If you turn off the tv with mute on, when re-started, mute is gone. Not fully tested, but it seems that you cannot keep the advanced picture settings and then change to movie, etc., without loosing the custom settings. Help people don't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An experience we never had before. We love to stream movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu and Prime. We also have HBO/MAX and our local PBS station, so we have a lot to choose. My husband and I grew up in the age of black and white television. Having this beautiful, large color television makes us feel like we are at the movies. The colors are crisp and vibrant. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Picture I’m very happy with my TV! The picture is stunning and so detailed, with great brightness that really brings all the colors to life. And while the colors are vivid and bright, the blacks are so dark, with very little light distorting the image. I’ve also been very happy with the overall user experience. The TV is fast and responsive, and I love Samsung’s very simple remote with voice activated searching.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Technology After much debate and shopping around I went with the NEO QLED Tech and I'm glad I did. Best overall picture unless you have a dedicated TV Movie room with no other light sources - we don't. Normal house several windows, lamps on at night, etc. I actually returned a 55" for my 50". We live in a 1250 sq ft. house built in 1953 and anything over 50" dominates the entire living area! We do other things in our space - read. listen to music, converse, play games, etc.
